Due to the night club on the 2nd floor, the lifts sometimes you may get a strong smoke smell. The night club entrance is exposed to passengers if the lift door is open, the night club environment is not suitable for children to see if you travel with family.
Facilities are old but clean, good location. Housekeeping teams are good, but the front desk needs more training.
Overall, Ramada CBD is still a good choice if you are looking for international chains with certain service standards.

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Old & rundown though clean.
Location is OK esp. Looking for some Halal food.
Night food market close by so food readily available.
45 minutes away from Airport so quite far away.
HS train station is close to hotel.

The staff is very friendly, the environment is very classy and if you like the old Victorian style this is the place for you! I enjoyed it
I ordered for flowers and the hotel staff helped me very much and delivered it to my room , making it super convenient for me

The reception desk staff spoke English and were very helpful. Our suite was comfortable and our request for a utensil was met promptly. Breakfast was good. We had a most pleasant stay and we will come back to this hotel when we visit Yichang again.

This is an insult to the name of Ramada. I suggest you don't go there. There are too many problems. To sum up: ❶ The room was so small that I thought I was in Hong Kong. I couldn't even open two suitcases at the same time. It felt like a guesthouse. The windows were a little small. ❷ The bathroom was seriously blocked, which was quite annoying. ❸ The outdoor temperature was 12 degrees that day. I turned on the air conditioner for a long time but didn't feel anything. I called the front desk to ask, but they said it couldn't be turned on. There was nothing they could do... speechless. I don't want to say much about the rest. I suggest you give up this store again. I usually don't make this kind of comments. It's really speechless. Photos are attached.

This stay was very satisfying! From the front desk reception to the room cleaning, the staff were very attentive.
