用的東西不全。設施一般。地方就在擺渡船登船點邊上。但是三峽人家的檢票口在山上，離這裏將近10公里山路。導航沒注意跑這裏來了，房間燒的水水垢太多太多，完全是混濁的，不敢喝。。不知道是水的問題還是什麼原因，幸虧自帶了瓶裝水！夜裡到了後車子就停閘機外頭停車點，老闆來了讓開進去，幾米的距離，當時門崗沒人，老闆自己開的閘機，沒多想就進去了，結果第二天衹能坐半個小時擺渡車回山頂檢票！跟司機説了半天才帶我上去。買了票再坐半個小時回這邊登船。，下午開車返程，結果執勤的崗哨見我的車就拿個小牌子讓交停車費。説夜裡他就在，不交錢不能出去，掃閘機顯示的二維碼沒我車子訊息！那些人貌似還在景點裡頭做生意。如果是過來玩景點，不建議住景區這邊，來回太難折騰。那麼多路邊停車位，幾米的距離，還給坑了停車費。

來客棧會經過348國道，路上很美，很多車停下來拍照，圖1就是，房間簡單乾淨衞生，店裡可以吃飯，房間裏就可以看到長江，衹是這個季節水渾濁，老闆説2-3月份，水非常清澈，那肯定很美，出門就到了三峽人家船票售票廳門口，住宿性價比高。衹是8月份宜昌37度出去玩，實在太熱了。

房間就靠在長江邊推開窗就可以看到碧綠的江水，和繁忙路過的各種輪船，同時房間離景區的遊客上船中心非常近，走過去不到五分鐘就可以到檢票大廳，位置確實很好。客棧有餐廳，客棧阿婆非常熱心也炒菜好吃。但房間設施就有些差人意了，剛入住就發現洗手間的水籠頭是壞的，告之老闆娘但一直到兩天後我們離開都沒有修過，洗澡用水不知道怎麼會事熱水很不穩定，有時有、有時沒有、有時卻很燙。客棧因靠近江邊所以會要走一小段較陡的小石梯才能到客棧，這裏行李多的或長者們就需要特別特別小心哈。停車在客棧門口是要收費的每天 10 元，是走時被攔住才知道還要收停車費😟😟😟

住店在長江附近，四樓的景色很好。老闆和老闆娘服務很周到，熱情好客。晚飯是在他們家吃的，價格實惠美味，小炒牛肉味道不錯。第二天早上去三峽人家，還是老闆親自開車帶我們去的，剛好趕上第一班船，特別方便。他們家房子就差不多在圖上那個位置。入住感受還是很好的，有時間下次再來！

房子在江邊遊船碼頭旁邊，停車也方便。房間內就可欣賞到長江美景，房間較大，可在客棧的江邊餐廳用餐。老闆開旅遊大巴負責送上送下帶着去購票，老闆娘熱情周到並且還是多年的**黨員，對於本人同是黨員的來説更具親切感、安全感。
