多次選擇入住的酒店，一是因為位置便利，二是服務真的很用心細緻，有賓至如歸的感覺，很温馨，還是訂的書香酒店，到店比較晚，前台小姐姐瑤瑤，會提前關心到店的時間，提前會把空調開好，辦入住的時候，她看到我應酬了，擔心我不舒服，還特意給我拿了紅糖薑茶解酒去寒，超貼心的，感覺像家人，也會安排我常住的房間，環境和服務真的超讚，有需要的親，可以過來體驗喲！

過年回宜昌去入住，酒店前台戴牙套的妹妹服務態度暖心又熱情，辦入住時告訴我們，房間幫我們升級了，還有早餐，幫我們解決了早餐的大難題，辦完入住她還幫忙把我們送到了房間，寫了留言，第一次出門住酒店感受到這麼温馨的服務，去其他酒店住都是我們需要什麼他們回答什麼，在這住管家都是主動服務，不急不躁感覺挺好，一家人睡的都很好，因為要走親戚上午就退房了，明年回來爭取多住2天。

每次路過宜昌，必住的酒店了。環境靜謐，有獨特的園林風格。工作人員認真負責，每次預訂後都有專人提前聯繫，提前溝通確認到店時間， 晚上8點左右到達酒店，辦完入住後推薦了周邊的幾家餐廳吃飯，因接近春節商家關門早，沒吃到晚餐。回酒店後工作人員（未記住名字，一個戴牙套的漂亮妹妹）拿出自己的玉米準備孩子煮個宵夜。細心周到如此，連我愛人都很感動。晚上管家嚴嚴瞭解到情況後給小朋友送了小禮物和小童洗漱用品。這次入住同樣免費升級了房型，房間很温馨，性價比不錯，安靜雅緻。是個真正能稱得上如家的酒店。

酒店位置比較隱蔽，和前面酒店是一起的，吃早餐就是在前面酒店一樓，有專門的管家提前聯繫，前台管家給升級了房型，辦完入住接待後告訴我們有洗衣機和烘乾機，剛好有衣服需要清洗還挺方便的，管家服務態度好，酒店周邊環境挺特別的，庭院是古色古香的江南蘇式園林的裝修風格，晚上休息比較安靜，睡的很舒服，商務洽談很休閑，行程計劃有變網上價格比較優惠又續住了一天。管家很貼心體驗感滿分，還準備了小驚喜，很暖心。
