房間寬敞，適合睡眠，雖然周邊有一條馬路，但是隔音效果很好，晚上睡覺不會被打擾，旁邊就是江南分院和雅斯超市。離夷陵長江大橋也非常近，適合看夜景，開車自駕

雖然是在江南的酒店，但是這邊生意也很爆火，我入住的時候剛好遇到旅遊團離開，工作人員很迅速就幫我把房間訂好了，剛好就和旅遊團錯開，大廳很寬敞，將近二十多個人在大廳也不擠，而且還有保安巡邏幫助，安全感十足！

酒店大氣豪華，房間設施一應俱全，雖然旁邊就是馬路但是酒店隔音效果很好，睡覺完全不受影響，還送了水果到房間，橙子甜甜的，第二天在酒店吃的早餐，數量多也好吃

入住大概九點左右，地點比較安靜，靠近磨基山森林公園開車五分鐘，有獨立停車場方便，但是門口的進口是斑馬線不注意就錯過了，要掉頭，進酒店辦理入住挺快的，免費升級了影音房，樓層更高更安靜，在攜程預訂有留言，酒店方落實的挺好的。電梯有安全防護挺貼心，進入房間佈置中規中矩，窗外景色很是亮點，夜間是大橋的燈光，白天是山景，空間算大的，衞生間乾濕分離，充電裝置齊全，説説缺點，隔音一般，走廊會有點聲音，投影想投屏困難，有幕布，但效果差強人意。最後是服務，挺不錯的，酒店停車免費不用多餘操作，早上的自助早餐也挺好的，種類多，味道好，酒店價格適中，有點小遺憾來的遲沒趕上下午茶，不過總得來説是一次不錯的體驗，酒店非常值得推薦。

酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，到周邊遊覽都不會出現堵車。酒店有自己的有停車場。前台服務人員熱情接待，我們年齡大一點，前台的服務人員總是耐心細緻的解答，有問必答。客房寬敞，佈局合理，設施齊全，床品乾淨舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡水非常好。我們住了三天，明天保潔人員都主動整理好房間。早點品種多，儘管吃飯的客人很多，但品種總保持齊全。總之是一次非常愉快的體驗。

強烈建議各位避雷這家酒店！！！！！欺騙消費者，掛狗頭賣羊肉！在攜程上預訂的房型是帶一個小客廳的，面積是30平方，預訂了三間房。到了酒店衹給我開了三間最普通的大床房，沒有小客廳，並且面積衹有10多平。找前台詢問結果被告知是酒店房圖片在攜程上傳錯誤。態度非常惡劣，並且服務人員根本沒有任何道歉行為。我説我預訂的房型就是30平米，才選擇這個價錢的房型，但你們既不補償也不道歉，客户的利益不可能就這麼得到損失吧？於是酒店找來了酒店方老闆，老闆一來態度更加惡劣。跟我玩文字遊戲説是建築面試為20平。我們撥打了消費協助熱線詢問，得知酒店住宿根本沒有建築面積一説，規定的面積就是使用面積。這時酒店才非常不情願作出讓步，説那現在達到三十平的衹有套房兩件，衹能給兩間房。但我原本就是出的三份的價錢，我認為不合理，於是與攜程進行聯繫。聯繫了半天，酒店這邊突然改口説套房衹有一件間了，愛住不住，於是我們又和攜程溝通。經過來回兩個多小時的溝通終於給了我們一間套房一間親子房，另外一個房型補差價。我們一家帶着長者小孩本來就是出來旅遊的，在這個酒店上花費了大量時間和精力，破壞了心情不説，酒店態度讓人噁心至極。不曉得怎麼生意做到這個程度，前台的服務人員像門前的石獅子一樣不停叫。總之各位，避雷！！！！！！！不要破壞自己的期待和心情！

這邊離宜昌一中近，主要是考試才來這邊的，離考點近，所以才訂的這家酒店，在攜程上預訂酒店的時候，給前台打電話問能不能多送一份早餐，前台小顏很爽快的答應了，事隔兩天來辦入住的時候，剛好碰到前台小顏上班，小顏也一直把這事記在心上，👍入住後發現酒店環境很好，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，酒店工作人員都很熱情，酒店附近有大型雅斯超市，購物也方便，超市旁邊還有小吃和奶茶店，酒店自助早餐還可以，品種很多，味道很好，總體還是不錯的。
