The hotel environment and sanitation are good. The only drawback is that the room reservation does not include breakfast. It may be due to the golden period of May Day, but if you pay for breakfast, you can pack up what you don’t finish.

The hotel looks quite grand, like a star hotel, with large rooms, high ceilings, high-end decoration, and ok breakfast. But the service and some facilities are not good enough. We arrived at nearly 2 a.m., the child was asleep, and there were a lot of luggage. There was a staff member at the door, probably a security guard, who didn't help to open the car door or carry the luggage. He just watched us holding the child and dragging the luggage. The pillows in the hotel were really uncomfortable to sleep on, so I didn't sleep well all night.

This is a black shop! ! ! I have stayed in hotels for more than ten years! This is the first time I heard that if you throw a towel or bath towel on the bathroom floor after using it, you will be charged for it! Absolutely a black shop! Figure it out! Your facilities are not up to standard. When I take a shower, the floor drain does not collect water! It was all over the house. I almost slipped and fell. It was a life-safety hazard! I couldn't lay it on the floor to absorb water, so I didn't blame you. However, your hotel didn't care about the guests, and even said it would compensate you, saying that the towels and bath towels were stained. That would be even simpler: it means the hotel floors were not cleaned, and they were dark and dirty. People live, expose yourself!

The decoration of Evergrande Hotel is very grand, giving people a feeling of waste. The hardware facilities are also good, and the breakfast is quite satisfactory. It's a pity that such a big hotel is reluctant to use the air conditioner. I didn't sleep well all night because of the heat.
