酒店周邊的風景很美空氣也好，裏面的衞生很乾凈，服務也很周到，特別是裏面的服務人員衞玲很熱情友好，始終保持微笑，給人一種很親切的感覺，希望下次過來還能見到。

1.我定的投影房，寫的無線投屏，進去了不能投影，打前台電話説投影衹是一個擺設用不了，打了兩遍態度極其敷衍就説用不了，氣的我上攜程投訴，這才説衹有301可以投影，給我們換過去，不投訴就不能維權？ 就沒有解決態度？
2.晚上温度衹有8度，空調開不了熱風，洗完澡凍的要死，四星級酒店連24小時供暖都做不到？？？ 你夏天不供熱也就算了，8度的天氣都不供熱 這就是所謂的4星級酒店？
總之，很失望

房間很好，我們住的套房，很大很乾凈，如果有點不滿意的地方，那就是沒有小冰箱，衣帽間都有沒有小冰箱😂，最最最讓我很詫異的是早餐是速溶咖啡，咱都是國際酒店了，來個現磨咖啡不過分吧，我問了服務的小姐姐們，説38一杯，現在很多住宿早餐也就18 28一位😂，其它還算不錯的，本來訂了兩天，住了一天走了。

一直很想很想在宜城住幾晚，但卻一直沒有看到心意的酒店，但這個剛開業的鯉魚湖卻讓人有了意外驚喜！
驚喜之一：剛開業兩個多月的酒店競沒有裝修遺留的味道！可見材質用料之好。
驚喜之二：當時300多遠的價位選擇了270度的大屏幕空間，可見性價比之高。
驚喜之三：優美的環境，配套完善的設施，相對便捷的地理位置和不錯的服務悄無聲息間提升了這座小城的品質。

是本地最好的酒店了 硬件和服務都很棒 隔音效果好 房間安靜 早餐種類齊全 還有特色的牛肉麪 早餐廳入口的工作人員工作耐心周到 湖景房可以看到正對面的鯉魚湖 風景很好。
