房間很好，我們住的套房，很大很乾凈，如果有點不滿意的地方，那就是沒有小冰箱，衣帽間都有沒有小冰箱😂，最最最讓我很詫異的是早餐是速溶咖啡，咱都是國際酒店了，來個現磨咖啡不過分吧，我問了服務的小姐姐們，説38一杯，現在很多住宿早餐也就18 28一位😂，其它還算不錯的，本來訂了兩天，住了一天走了。

一直很想很想在宜城住幾晚，但卻一直沒有看到心意的酒店，但這個剛開業的鯉魚湖卻讓人有了意外驚喜！
驚喜之一：剛開業兩個多月的酒店競沒有裝修遺留的味道！可見材質用料之好。
驚喜之二：當時300多遠的價位選擇了270度的大屏幕空間，可見性價比之高。
驚喜之三：優美的環境，配套完善的設施，相對便捷的地理位置和不錯的服務悄無聲息間提升了這座小城的品質。

是本地最好的酒店了 硬件和服務都很棒 隔音效果好 房間安靜 早餐種類齊全 還有特色的牛肉麪 早餐廳入口的工作人員工作耐心周到 湖景房可以看到正對面的鯉魚湖 風景很好。

前台不專業，同價位房間明明有房，告知無法調換
要一瓶礦泉水，告知前台沒水，衹有客房有
開個水單開了三遍沒開明白，因着急趕火車催促了一下，還振振有詞告知:我也沒閑着

早餐主食少，住了一週，每天都是炒河粉
豆漿衹喝到了一次，其他幾天都沒有

房卡帶走還扣50，現在基本沒有房卡帶走的還扣錢的，比如華住會下面的，另外就是服務每次打個電話就是在我睡覺的時候打電話，按金200，扣了房卡50，應該退我150元。但前台服務員卻衹退了我50元，這服務真的沒法説了，本來不想評論的，這個服務員搞的人很煩！

房間隔音太差了，晚上十二點以後，走廊上説話的聲音房間都能聽見，早上馬路上車鳴笛也非常吵。裝修總得來説比較簡單。但是是非常新的酒店，有一點裝修的味道！

宜城終於有了一個滿意的酒店，以後出差再也不用跑襄陽住了。酒店門口的湖很適合散步，環境不錯，很愜意。酒店的早餐也不錯！整體非常滿意。
