"很少評價，但是這個酒店還是忍不住評價一下！先説優點，佔地比較大，環境清幽，周圍有山有小河。有很多小動物，有喜歡吃柳蒿芽的鴕鳥，吃蒲公英的小白兔，小鹿！房間挺大，衞生能接受，設施看得出來當初投資不少！缺點來了：這個酒店就是個大民宿，根本不值六七百七八百八九百甚至上千塊的價格，一晚希爾頓的價格住這兒着實有點難過，一點服務沒有，放在南方，這個態度的酒店分分鐘要被放倒的，帶着寶寶去，想着從餐廳拿幾個盤子到房間被要求拿一百塊按金，想着自己做點寶寶餐要一點點油，被要求付款！廁所沒有手紙，上完廁所傻眼了！大堂昏暗前台亂七八糟，服務員都不抬頭看人，愛搭不理！沒有擺渡車，沒有空調，千八百塊的房費你愛住不住，服務人員沒有統一服裝，穿的亂七八糟騎着自行車滿園區收拾衞生！問了一下，答曰，都發不下來工資，效益不行，都剩下老頭老太太了，哪來的管理？所謂的温泉不知多久沒換水了，也不知道凈化沒有，户外開了那麼三四個池子，蒸發的就剩下半池水，裏面零散的泡着六七個人。室內光線昏暗，水看不出臟不臟，但是就這管理水平估計也沒換水，本來帶着寶寶住酒店泡温泉的，這個價位也不低，可是根本沒法泡，不敢泡！很生氣！！！從始至終沒見過一個服務人員對我微笑過，説過一句暖心的話，花錢來看臉色，沒有統一管理沒有標準服務，大東北，真心希望你能雄起，你能提高服務水平，硬件到位軟件不花錢你就不能跟人家南方學學？沖我們這些送錢來的你就不能給個笑臉？有這麼難？窩心！這次泡温泉住酒店的美好願景變成了住了個民宿就回來了，孩子很難過！我很生氣！三百塊一晚上我都要考慮一下！"
