The whole hotel environment design is very beautiful, but why does a room with wood as the main color use cold colors as lighting? Definitely use warm colors! This cold light makes the whole room feel very low! The management has never worked in large-scale hotel management,so they don’t know the simplestlight color combination? Have you ever seen high-end hotels using cool lights in their rooms? If the room was lit with warm lights, I would definitely give the environment a score higher than 4.5points! If you need any advice, please consult your designer immediately! In addition, the bathroom in the room smelled very bad, which made me afraid to use the bathroom. I don't know if it's because it's the off-season, but there are only two pools open and the water temperature is not hot enough.  The overall service of the waiters is also very good and deserves praise! 

The hotel's environmental sanitation facilities are super perfect, with real-time detection of more than 30,000 negative ions. The hot spring pool in the room is unlimited in time and quantity. The breakfast is rich and nutritious. The beautiful girl at the front desk provides impeccable service. There are also free Mid-Autumn Festival gifts and A chess and card room is available for enjoyment. It was truly a perfect Mid-Autumn Festival hot spring resort experience that exceeded expectations.

在攜程看到酒店，想着試試的心態來體驗温泉，酒店整體設計很贊，融入大自然，裝飾風格，色調搭配堪稱完美👍，到酒店吃了個午飯，菜品味道不錯，價廉物美，辦手續入住，管家送到房間，介紹房間專業到位，很人性！温泉體驗很贊，剛開始會有一點皮膚癢的感覺，後來沒事兒了，服務員給我説因為偏硅酸含量較高，人體因為濕氣重會有這個現象，但不影響！温泉泡池水非常清澈，池子也很乾凈，值得推薦！泡了温泉午休了一下，入睡非常快。酒店整體感覺很棒，服務到位，佈局合理，值得推薦！下次還來😁

隨意在攜程上訂了一家酒店，沒想到這家酒店環境這麼好，房間很大也很舒服，私湯泡池的水温很合適，泡着温泉還可以看到窗外的風景，梅花開的很好看，前台小姐姐，小哥哥熱情又周到，必須給五星好評，下次帶家人一起來！

這個酒店不知道是什麼運營模式，除了餐廳阿姨，所有工作人員比公務人員還要公務，眼睛都是往上看的，碰面了從來不會打招呼更別説微笑了，前台坐着的人員還要客人先主動打招呼，門口保安亭是空的，開車到附近都無從下手不知道該往哪裡走。酒店的擺渡車估計衹是用來接送行李的，不會為客人服務。去温泉去前台都讓客人步行。問題是，去前台餐廳步行需要從樓下房間陽台門外的台階走，怎麼鎖門？誰都能進到房間，衹有一個小小的木門。我們今天去温湯鎮，衹能從房間步行到前台樓下開車，把木柵欄栓好了走，晚上回來完全打開，從陽台門進室內一片漆黑，打了手機電筒去二樓插卡取電，難為打掃的人把取電卡拔了。房間裏鋪的狗尿墊，乾淨的狗沒有尿，莫名其妙給我拿走了？？？地上的頭髮還是頭髮，床上的被子我自己拉的還是原樣，打掃的人就來給我收尿墊的？真的是一個大無語。901房間，樓下大房間一股尿臭味，衞生間的門關緊了，自帶了香氛還是薰的不行。打掃的人鼻子都塞住了嗎，是沒有打掃乾淨還是管道的問題，不檢查一下的嗎？住過很多酒店，像這種酒店整體設計的挺好，後期管理不當的也挺多的，實在是可惜。陪父母來温湯鎮玩，附近想找好一點的住宿，也衹有這家是價位高一點，但性價比完全不行。第一晚泡了酒店的温泉回來身上過敏起疙瘩，手機上想買過敏葯都沒有配送的，問前台也沒有備這類葯，還是挺不方便的。第二天去了天沐泡温泉，身上就沒有過敏，不知道是水質還是什麼原因。總之，不會再入住也不推薦入住的酒店，兩晚八千，實屬無奈。

房間很大設施齊全服務人員熱情周到。交通便利出高速就到。去周邊景點也很快速方便。還有度假樓盤在銷售中。考慮還會再來
