環境交通各方面都很滿意，連鎖的很放心，唯一一點不好的就是淋浴間沒有能放眼鏡的地方，花灑一直是歪的，怎麼扭也扭不過來，調節固定那個支架還不行，擠到牆邊沖沖澡，其他都很不錯。

也是過來到這邊玩，之前有住過很多好點的酒店，但這一次的住房讓我感覺很不錯，入門大廳看的就比較新穎，過來因為不熟，前台姐姐還會幫忙講解，房間內很乾凈，沒有異味，設施很齊全因為下雨衣服打濕了，酒店還配備有洗衣房和烘乾機，價格也很實惠，適合出來玩住，不錯不錯推推給寶子們

去宜都前仔細拜讀了此酒店差評，由於攜程評分較高，於是抱着試試看心理住宿此酒店，結果讓人心情壞到極點。酒店離市中心較遠，生活極不方便，吃飯還需租車幾公里去市區，酒店前台服務員面孔冰冷嚴肅，問話好似訊問被告。衞生間殘留污漬，餐廳早餐食物空盤，只有湯粉面選擇。花錢住宿還找煩惱.！多位房客此前評論，酒店多有整改承諾。但從此次經歷多有相似看，承諾衹在紙上，是對提出善意建議的房客一種欺騙！！！

房間設施齊全，服務員有求必應，衞生間水壓很大，地下停車場正在維修，很快就能用，地面停車位還很多，停車免費，出門在前台報車牌號就行，早餐很豐富。特別要説一下前台接待員和客房服務員，服務很熱情，讓人感覺很輕鬆。非常捧

第一次差評！！！
酒店的地理位置太偏太差，窗外就是一片黃泥巴地，這些倒不是緊要。最糟糕的是衞生環境，我按時間順序來説説：
1、一次性浴帽盒打開啥都沒有，再一看盒子明顯是用過的痕跡，上面不知粘了什麼非常噁心，見圖一。打電話給前台問是不是沒打掃過房間，言之鑿鑿打掃過，還挺不耐煩。然後叫一個保安老頭兒給我們送了一套新的過來；新的送過來，打開就破掉！
2、洗漱完躺床上了，三歲半的娃在床上接連發現兩衹蟲子，見圖二圖三，實在忍不了，又給前台電話，這次態度不錯，馬上給我們換房間，但晚上快10點了這樣折騰，真是令人不快！
3、隔音效果實在是太差了，隔壁房間23點以後才入住，孩子在房間裏興奮的喊叫，大人刷**的視頻聲，我們躺在床上聽的一清二楚！
4、幾乎是被影響的一夜無眠，第二天又在房間手紙盒子的紙巾上發現小蟲子屍體，見圖四真是太無語了啊！這房間是有多少蟲子啊？
作為一個宜都人，第一次帶隊友孩子回來，定不到別的酒店，攜程首推這家，真是踩了大雷。請別丟我們宜都的臉了好嗎？

帶家裡人過來三峽千古情去玩，前台很熱情，還在提醒我們去三峽千古情需要預約，還有景區的地圖提供，很貼心。房間衞生也很不錯，有自助洗衣房還帶烘乾。停車場免費停車，對自駕的朋友非常友好，問前台還有哪裡可以玩前台也推薦了宜昌其他遊玩的地方，開車去也不遠，下次來玩還會選擇
