Breakfast selection is great too.

As a solo traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience I had at Just Sleep Hotel. The hotel's location is truly exceptional, conveniently situated in the centre of that small town. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the area and get around without any hassle. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, offering helpful recommendations and attending to my every need.I felt truly cared for and catered to throughout my time at Just Sleep Hotel. It truly is a home away from home. I will definitely be returning for my next visit to the city.

Hotel very new, the “residence” has bigger rooms and is quieter. I don’t think the inconvenience is that big a problem, the peace and quiet is better The onsen tub is large and the room is very spacious and new All great

Perfect stay at this spacious hotel. Breakfast spread is fantastic. The hot spring is sooooo good that we almost didn’t want to go to bed. Will definitely come back to stay here if we go to yilan again :)

A resort in Yilan, backed by Yuanshan Mountain, quiet! The hotel has a view at every step, friendly service, new facilities, hot springs can be taken directly in the room, and the hotel also prepares midnight snacks at night. The bedding is of good quality.

I have stayed here many times and I am very satisfied every time👍. I will stay here again next time😊😊 One stay and two meals, it’s well worth the money. The hot spring ♨️ is very good and the whole trip was enjoyable.

Been here a few times . It’s always peaceful and the hot spring does have a hot sulphur smell unlike the other hot springs in Jiaoxi. Normally when we check in before we get offered lots of help and because we’re here with a baby they would ask if we need bathing stuff for babies as well as a bed mini protection gate/ wall which prevents the little one from falling off the bed. However , this time round we had to ask for these stuff ourselves for the first time! Also, we normally ask for an hour late check out because our toddler usually naps during that time where we would offer to pay for the over time . 3 times they had given us a free extra hour, but this time the woman refused and said I had to pay an extra half day board for an extra hour which is ridiculous. She said it was full, however when I checked availability online they had plenty of room so she was obviously lying. Shame , I used to like this place , now I would reconsider coming here again as the level of service has dropped and we were becoming regulars at one stage !

After checking out, my family forgot their personal belongings. The housekeeping staff were very enthusiastic to help find them, and carefully packaged them and sent them back in ziplock bags. Thank you very much for your hard work.

The children cheered immediately when they saw it and checked in directly. Each room can get a car and can walk around the entire floor. , if you rent more than one, you only need to pay NT$600 per day. The hotel has many facilities and activities. It is recommended for those with children to stay for more than two days. The supplies provided by the hotel are also of high quality, the breakfast is also rich, and the adults are taken care of very well😁 This hotel will be my first choice next time I come to Yilan!
