"Took us a while to find the hotel as it is deeper inside the town. Once we were there, we realised that we were on the main street, where there is a lot of food and buzz around. Room is big, with a huge bathtub for a few people using hot spring water. Price is reasonable. Many hotels are nearby, with Jiaoxi public foot bath and night market a few steps away. KFC, Mos Burger, bubble tea etc... There is a famous bakery opposite selling delicious bread all day. Tried the famous 三星葱. Nice town to be in...will consider coming back again."
"Join the line and give the room number and the room card
The basement of the building can park cars
Return the room card and key after checking out and picking up the car
Go into the basement driveway.
The parking permit needs to scan the barcode for the machine
Close to the middle and close to the main driver.
The red dot can be scanned to enter smoothly, very convenient
I love the bathtub in the bathroom.
My daughter and I enjoyed the bath."

"The hotel is slightly away from yilan, but the charming and quiet neighbourhood more than makes up for that. They are many beautiful parks and activities located around (dolphin watching, farms, hot springs). The hotel also provides night snacks for guests to enjoy and mingle. We also spied at the information counter vouchers to the nearby milksha!!
Additionally, the hotel is v family friendly, as there is a games room (arcade games like basketball and air hockey, ps4 and switch!) and a library for guests to enjoy. There are also DIY acitvities for guests to sign up for. Lastly, there is a hot bath in every room for all guests to enjoy. Slippers are also provided. Very happy with our stay here!!"
"Good service, the room is very spacious
But the room doesn't know why there are a lot of ants suddenly, on the ground and on the bed.
The air conditioner is not cold, it has been turned on for an hour or not cold 🥲
Later, I responded to the staff very thankful for her helping us change the room, but the air-conditioning in the other room was still not cold.
In this situation, health and facilities are actually very eager to give one star, but the staff is still very kind.. Give a two star ...🥲
These are not improved, but it is a pity because the appearance and rooms of the homestay are beautiful.
But this stay experience will make me stop 🥲"
"Every corner can feel the boss's intentions, and the scenery is super beautiful, parents also like it!
It is not too far from Fushan Botanical Garden. It is also about ten minutes drive to Yilan City. It is very convenient. I will want to live here next time."
"Cozy homestay, the mattress is very comfortable. What surprised me the most was that there was a small bathtub. It was so comfortable to take a hot bath to relieve fatigue... The breakfast is also very rich, I can't eat a whole set of appetite~ If I come to Yilan again Visiting relatives and friends will stay"
"At the time of check-in, the folk owner carefully explained the check-in information and the surrounding environment of the homestay, including restaurants and attractions (even collated a piece of information about the cost and driving time of restaurants and attractions). We lived in a double bed room, which was actually full of space for two people. Yes, the double bed is also very big. I personally feel that the hardness is moderate. The bathroom is semi-dry and wet, so sometimes the water will splash into the toilet area. It is a small disadvantage. Then there is a square bathtub that can accommodate two adults at the same time, because the weather is too hot. So unfortunately there is no chance to use it. In addition, the accommodation does not include meals, but for us who usually wake up late, it is a kind of enjoyment that is not in a hurry to eat breakfast, so overall it is satisfactory."
"It's so beautiful here
The room is also very nice and the equipment is complete. You can also take a bath in the bathroom.
There is also an electric mosquito coil in the room which is very considerate.
If there are a lot of people, you can also barbecue
The porridge and minced pork for breakfast have the taste of my grandma’s cooking in my childhood.
I missed it for a while and even ate two bowls of porridge! 🤣"
"Very clean homestay, except for the inconvenient location, everything else is great. If you don’t want to go to the night market and walk back to the room, this country homestay is also very recommended.
I will want to come to Baodong next time."

JJit-Cheow LimThe staff throughout was attentive, courteous and friendly. We are widely travelled and and would rate the service provided as 6 stars. Keep up the excellent work. Food at the restaurant was surprisingly good. Breakfast choices were adequate. Dinner is highly recommended. Well prepared, affordable and delicious.

Excellent
DdyhxConvenient location in Luodong city centre, walking distance to Luodong Night Market, Luodong Forestry Cultural Park with a supermarket and convenience stores nearby too. The hotel is on level 6 within a building with a few other accommodation chains and offices. There's a car park just opposite the building. I love the decor here, from the clean, sleek interior at reception to the rooms. There are instant coffee and tea bags, and hot/cold filtered water on tap available at the common area just in front of the reception that is open to all guests. They have just 18 rooms here, in varying room types, sizes and interior design but they all look great! I love the use of positive messages on coloured backgrounds for the doors. I had a corner room which was spacious and clean. Bed and pillow were a little softer than I would like but that's just personal preference. Basic amenities are provided and I love the open wardrobe concept too.
The staff here are amazing. So helpful, so friendly. I'm particularly impressed by the location map they've put together to share with guests on recommended food to try in the vicinity and mostly on point! For this price, it's super value for money.

TteofrancesOur 2 nights’ stay was well above our expectations! We had a late check-in as we met with unexpected delay due to road works at the mountains in Yilan. Reaching the Wellspring feeling weary, we were delighted with our room upgrade upon arrival. The thoughtfulness, tasteful furnishings and details in the room were a delight while the cosy private onsen was a wonderful highlight! The buffet breakfast had a spectacular spread and was indeed scrumptious, just as I had read in the reviews before I made the reservation. We absolutely loved our stay at Wellspring by Silks Jiaoxi. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

Very Good
WWangAlthough the hotel isn't right in the city center and is a bit of a distance from the train station, it's wonderfully quiet. The hotel itself is new and clean, and the rooms feature smart controls for lighting, curtains, and more. While the swimming pool isn't large, the water is spotlessly clean, and it's evident that daily maintenance is well-handled. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful; we even received a text message reminder the day before check-in. The complimentary afternoon tea snacks and the 7 PM tofu pudding service in the evening were both very thoughtful touches. The breakfast selection and quality were excellent, truly delicious, and the coffee was good too. All beverages in the mini-fridge were complimentary, and the small cookies were tasty 😋. The room size was just right, the bed was comfortable, and having a hot spring bath on the balcony with good ventilation and an open view made for a truly comfortable stay.

Good
EEuniceWBefore we arrived, I emailed the hotel to require assistance from hotel to check for private charter car service for YiLan and the staff was very responsive and helpful.
Upon arrival, front desk staff was a little cold (unlike what people mentioned in the reviews). We were swiftly checked in and could go up to the room.
Hotel lobby is very cosy and welcoming, but the rooms are starting to look a little old with moulding and wear and tear. Very large, spacious and clean room. If I'm not wrong, the water to fill up the tub is not hot spring water but just normal tap/shower water. If you're looking for a hotel with with hot spring water, do take note.
Location of the hotel is great though. We were very near Jiaoxi bus transfer station and managed to walk to our hotel within 5 mins. There are restaurants and fast food, bar, and a shopping area nearby. Jiaoxi hot spring night market (only open on Sundays) is 4mins drive away and Yilan train station was 10mins on foot.
Breakfast service was great! Staff were quick to clear and set up tables without making us feel like we were being chased out. They were also very sweet. On our 3rd morning, we needed to leave to rush for our bus to Taoyuan, we were holding our luggages and they directed us to store our luggages with the front desk first. They saw that we were in a rush and told us that we could let them know if we're would like to take along some snacks or drink to accompany us on our trip. They even bid us good bye.
Check out process was smooth with an aloof staff. Felt like he couldn't be bothered.

DDreamCatThe hotel was busy, but thankfully, Vicky was helpful. It was raining, so after parking, I returned to my room to change. Entering the room, it felt like a Japanese onsen ryokan, with plenty of privacy. While the humidity was high, there was a dehumidifier. The beauty hot spring was perfect for soaking. The breakfast was excellent.
