As a solo traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience I had at Just Sleep Hotel. The hotel's location is truly exceptional, conveniently situated in the centre of that small town. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the area and get around without any hassle. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, offering helpful recommendations and attending to my every need.I felt truly cared for and catered to throughout my time at Just Sleep Hotel. It truly is a home away from home. I will definitely be returning for my next visit to the city.

Extremely beautiful and relaxing. We loved the facilities and had so much fun in the pool. Also, the food provided in the bar and during breakfast period is certainly extraordinary. We had a wonderful time there enjoying ourselves.

Been here a few times . It’s always peaceful and the hot spring does have a hot sulphur smell unlike the other hot springs in Jiaoxi. Normally when we check in before we get offered lots of help and because we’re here with a baby they would ask if we need bathing stuff for babies as well as a bed mini protection gate/ wall which prevents the little one from falling off the bed. However , this time round we had to ask for these stuff ourselves for the first time! Also, we normally ask for an hour late check out because our toddler usually naps during that time where we would offer to pay for the over time . 3 times they had given us a free extra hour, but this time the woman refused and said I had to pay an extra half day board for an extra hour which is ridiculous. She said it was full, however when I checked availability online they had plenty of room so she was obviously lying. Shame , I used to like this place , now I would reconsider coming here again as the level of service has dropped and we were becoming regulars at one stage !

The service of the hotel staff is very professional and friendly. When I checked in, I found that the hotel received instructions for a double bed. I told the front desk staff that we requested a room with two beds. The front desk immediately asked the housekeeping staff to sort out the room type we wanted and arranged it at 15 They helped us change rooms within minutes, very efficient! When I originally booked this hotel, breakfast was included. The breakfast on the second morning was very rich, including bread, yogurt, porridge, eggs, soup noodles, vegetables, cereals, etc. There were so many options to eat. Unexpectedly, in addition to In addition to breakfast, all guests staying at the hotel can also enjoy free all-you-can-eat late night snacks and afternoon tea. Although there are not many late night snack options, they are all delicious and you can definitely eat them all. The afternoon tea part is due to the time of check-in. It was already over time, and I didn’t stay until the afternoon the next day, so I didn’t enjoy it. I’ll definitely check in early next time if I have the chance, so I won’t miss it:-)

Was upgraded to a bigger room with 2 double beds and with better view which was a plus! Free parking available and location was central for us to go to the different locations we planned to. Staff was friendly and kindly explained that they were an eco hotel and did not provide any disposable toiletries.

This is an excellent hotel! It looks clean and posh; both interior and exterior and there is a hot spring tub in the room! Room is not that extremely big but is good enough for the 3 of us! Hotel staff lady warned us of big group during our stay and prealerted us in advance to come early for breakfast in order to avoid the massive jam. What a good gesture! Breakfast spread is good and I like the overall hotel vibe. Regretted that we should have stayed for another night if time permits! Nothing else to fault, all almost perfect!

I took my children on a birthday vacation. After booking on trip.com, I called the hotel to tell them that the birthday boy was there. When I checked in, I saw small gifts for the children. Very considerate Dinner at your own expense, hotel buffet, adults $1150, children $680, 10% discount on accommodation, 10% service charge free I ate a lot of crabs that day🦀because I didn’t have any tools They all pulled the crabs with their hands and had a great time eating them with white wine. After eating, I found that I was scarred The considerate employee ”Shi Yu” came by and quickly brought betadine and ointment to bandage my wound. The next day at breakfast, I met ”Shiyu” who was considerate and came to help me get a new patch. This kind of attentive staff made our entire vacation mood improve. The bathtub in the room has nano hot spring ♨️ facilities. After breakfast, I asked the waiter for a clean bath towel and took another bath. Very comfortable accommodation with super high value for money Awesome birthday celebration time, will do it again, stay in a sea view room next time😁

Came here once in a colder weather precovid. Facilities as good as I remembered, but coming in summer this time, I expected more cold suana pool then hot ones. Unfortunately that's not the case. The hotel is decent but might need some upgrading (it looked the same over the years but somethings looked abit worn out/rusty). We came in group of 10 (5 rooms) and one room has bed bug.. Decent spread for the buffet breakfast. Close to train station and with many food options around!

The location is great. The transfer station is right next to it. Even if you don't drive, it's convenient to take the bus. The bathtub is big and clean. There's also a steam room in the bathroom. It's really great. The price is affordable and the C/P value is super high. , will come again next time!

Hotel room was okay and clean. But unfortunately it was super loud in the hallway and you could hear every single word what they were talking there. So if you prefer a good and silent night / morning, then it might not be the right choice!
