Stayed 2 nights in this property over Typhoon Kong-Rey. Love the in-room hot spring, the one-time usage of minibar & the availability of water dispenser in every level. Location of hotel is also very strategic. Thankful to the team for taking care of us during Typhoon Kong-Rey by offering umbrella, checking where we are going, advising us to be careful of the weather & also offering car rides to keep us safe.

The breakfast is very good overall. Vegetarians have a lot of egg options. They also informed us if a thermos cup was left in the restaurant. The location is convenient for the station and within walking distance. This time I only used the room for bathing.

It was a very comfortable trip to stay at this hotel. It is kind of an inheritance from a Japanese hotel, with super friendly parking assistance and nice front desk staff who briefly show the room's features while you are checking in. The breakfast area is also very cozy, but we expected more choices from the buffet area. We will return for sure!

The location of the hotel is pretty far from the train station. Would be prefect if the hotel can provide free shuttle service. Breakfast was great. Will be back again

I have stayed here many times and I am very satisfied every time👍. I will stay here again next time😊😊 One stay and two meals, it’s well worth the money. The hot spring ♨️ is very good and the whole trip was enjoyable.

Excellent stay in Jiaosi! The spa area is amazing with lots of options. Guests can feel free to join any diy workshops that have been scheduled and enjoy all the facilities, including KTV, gym room. Their buffet dinner and breakfast were great as well! Will definitely be back!

It is a hotel that is very suitable for family vacations. This time I stayed in a Castle of Fundoge themed room. In addition to the big bed, the room also has a tent. The children cheered immediately when they saw it and checked in directly. Each room can get a car and can walk around the entire floor. , if you rent more than one, you only need to pay NT$600 per day. The hotel has many facilities and activities. It is recommended for those with children to stay for more than two days. The supplies provided by the hotel are also of high quality, the breakfast is also rich, and the adults are taken care of very well😁 This hotel will be my first choice next time I come to Yilan! 

There is a hot spring in the room, with plenty of water, which is very convenient for taking a bath; the service staff is very friendly; although the breakfast is a set meal, they are not afraid of you eating it, and they always encourage you to order more👍The first experience was very good, and I also bought a lucky bag and scented candles... I will go again next time.

The room we booked was a loft style room. The room itself is very compact , so there wasn’t any area to actually sit and relax sadly. The bathroom was very tight and the onsen itself wasn’t very big but sufficient. However, there is an open hot spring on the roof top. The swimming pool was good as well as was the good size jacuzzis which my toddler loved. Breakfast had good selection. Dinner was very quiet and heard we were their first customers on their soft opening. The food was good overall. The location is good as it’s smack bang in the middle of town with lots of tourist wondering around. I think this hotel just lacks that extra thoughtful touch for their clients , eg. Robes, little welcome notes which some of the other 4 star hot spring hotels nearby do pay attention to. The walk wall to the room had a musky odour but the staff were curious and helpful, especially when next room were making noises up until late ! I would suggest a change of uniform for the stay because they all seem to wear a white work shirt and black trousers which is so eighties! Also, there is a middle age gentlemen I saw walking around all day and night, usually eating at the restaurant and sitting at the front lounge with his laptop working. I’m wondering if he’s the Manager/ GM, because if he is , I would suggest he smile a little because he did seem very grumpy and miserable . I could be wrong .

The best thing to say is that I saw a terrible scene at the breakfast buffet (there are photos and videos to prove it). When placing the tableware on the table, a staff member put napkins, cutlery, etc. in his back pocket. Our whole family watched. After arriving, I lost all my appetite and felt nauseous. I was even more shocked when I heard that he was the ”Vice President” of the hotel! I hope he can face up to the health issue advantage: - The two single beds in the room can be combined together, which is suitable for two adults and one child to sleep together. The bed is clean and easy to sleep on; the toilet, shower and toilet are separated into two rooms. - The balcony is huge -Polite receptionist - Delicious popsicles will be provided after bathing in the hot springs shortcoming: - The toilet in the game area is very smelly - The toilet door in the room closes automatically and cannot be kept open. Children can easily get caught if they open the door by themselves. - The front desk staff did not notice that we were staying for 2 nights, so the key card was automatically demagnetized the next day, and we had to go to the front desk to get a new room card. Therefore, the room was not cleaned in time the next day. - The toilet in the room smells bad (the one with the toilet)
