To celebrate my family’s birthday, I took my family to stay in a better hotel. Our arrival time was around 14:00 in the afternoon, an hour earlier than the expected check-in time. But the hotel staff still helped us check in and informed us when we checked in. The pipeline for bathing and hot springs is being repaired and cleaned these days, so it is not possible to bathe in hot springs. Later I got up and asked the bartender, but he didn't know anything about it. Later I wanted to forget it, but the waiter said it didn’t matter. What do we want to drink? He bought us a drink and then my mom ordered a latte without ice. As a result, the waiter said that he had never used it without ice and he would try it... From the beginning to the end, I feel that the hotel service needs to be strengthened and the connection between employees and departments needs to be conveyed correctly. Of course we arrived early and we might be wrong, but didn’t we notice it when we checked in at the counter? Next, there was no notification to the bar staff that we needed to compensate us for coffee or juice due to some situation or problem within the hotel. Really do not recommend your hotel

This time I stayed here to celebrate my birthday, and I got a free small cheesecake! The overall feeling of staying here is great, the staff are very friendly, I will stay here again if I have the chance! Overall, it is highly recommended and the hot springs are great^ ^

平均一年會來1到2次的飯店，小孩的天堂，進來就不想離開。裡面的設施各自吸引不同年鈴層，家族旅遊也很適合帶爸媽跟小孩來放鬆。這次加錢入住芬朵奇堡樓層，覺得很多很棒的部分。 1. 我們選一大床房型，有浴缸可泡澡還可以邊泡澡邊看電視，因為有音源輸出到浴室。房內有帳篷，兩個小孩第一晚都睡帳篷，爸媽反而可以享受超大的一大床不用再被小孩踢被冷醒。 2.住兩晚都遇到下雨天，可以在自己房間樓層開電動車不用去8樓排隊玩公用電動車。推薦住9樓，遇到下雨天的時候8樓走道還可能會塞車。 3.從9樓到窩窩樂有樓梯可通到8樓，從8樓有樓梯可下到趣七樓，這些設施都在同一邊，可以不搭電梯省下往返走路的時間。 4.第二天待到1點整去趣七樓，已經有其他房客先到了，還好還有空位，因為在接下來十分鐘內即將就額滿了。手沖咖啡很香，配上現場提供的餅乾麵包，很享受，但如果沒有找到座位就無法品嚐手沖咖啡。第一天下午三點多來趣七樓簡直是災難，一堆人走來走去，還有人問沒座位可以站著吃嗎?就算坐著也無法很放鬆，因為旁邊會有人在等你的位置。 5.很感謝飯店在兩點半後就準備好房間可以領房卡了，領房卡時就已經看到有人在排隊要等劃位電影票。上到九樓就看到領車中心也在排隊了，結果一到九樓就是小孩先去排隊領車中心，因為小孩雖然才小學三年級，但也有點大了，怕沒有適合他的車。結果果然沒錯，選擇很少，最後還好有選到他能開的車，不然唯一只看到一台較大台的摩托車給更大的哥哥騎。希望能進一些合適的車給這些小學三年級以上的大孩子騎。 6.很喜歡的是退房後跟進房前都能使用6樓的設施，每次退房後我們都會去SPA活水區玩。櫃臺還有拖鞋可以借，也有提供大毛巾跟水，衣櫃內還有袋子讓你裝濕衣服。整個都很貼心。玩水後我都會讓小孩先梳洗，好了之後到櫃檯旁邊的積木區玩，我在慢慢收拾東西。 7.房間內的備品也都不馬虎，我最愛的歐舒丹備品跟牛仔包，每次來內容物會更換，完全不會膩。

It was my first time to stay here, and I brought my foreign boyfriend back to Taiwan for a hot spring bath. It was really convenient to have two hot spring baths in the Western-style double room. The hotel was very quiet overall, and even if there were parents and children, they would not make too much noise. It really feels like a vacation and relaxing🥰

The hotel is located near the Jiaoxi train station, within 10min walking distance. The room is cozy, clean and neat. The hot spring is enjoyable and the tub is clean too! Hotel staff are super friendly and offer extraordinary services. The breakfast buffet comes with quite a wide range of food options. You can buy the voucher on their website for a cheaper deal. They even provide complimentary afternoon tea with simple snacks and desserts for guests (free white wine!). Overall very nice stay here!! Strongly recommended for couples ❤️

Came here once in a colder weather precovid. Facilities as good as I remembered, but coming in summer this time, I expected more cold suana pool then hot ones. Unfortunately that's not the case. The hotel is decent but might need some upgrading (it looked the same over the years but somethings looked abit worn out/rusty). We came in group of 10 (5 rooms) and one room has bed bug.. Decent spread for the buffet breakfast. Close to train station and with many food options around!

雖然「雪山溫泉會館」（雪山）跟「中冠礁溪大飯店」（中冠）有通道相連，但入住前最好先確認一下自己的訂房是哪一間，不然查不到相關資料杵在櫃檯也是有點冏……而不管是雪山還是中冠，都可以免費到稱霸宜蘭，素有「溫泉鄉馬拉灣」（？）之稱的「星河傳說溫泉水世界」裏享受多樣水療與遊樂設施。所以啦，如果想要那種從入住到退房都在酒店度過的宅度假行程，那麼這裏應該可以算是個不錯的選擇。 這次入住雪山的套房，一進去就有一種置身美女與野獸場景的感覺。除了氣勢不凡的四柱大床之外，還有原木茶几、真皮沙發跟居家吧台，再加上空間寬敞的干溼分離洗浴區和氣派的大理石雙湯浴池，難以一言以蔽之的風格與陳設，真讓我這個鄉巴佬嘖嘖稱奇。（最可惜的是如果有人站在吧台後方，看電視的時候就會是個非常礙眼的存在……） 隔日早餐要從連通道去中冠二樓的餐廳吃，雖然沒有太多選擇，但扎紮實實的分量也絕對讓人吃飽喝吃足。如果想說既然到礁溪好歹也要稍微走走看看，離礁溪車站步行距離大概是三分鐘（離礁溪轉運站大概是十分鐘）的雪山，步出樓下大門就是熱鬧的中山路，對於喜歡那種觀光客散策的旅人來說也相當適合。 #伊萊一直來 #伊萊一直玩 #雪山溫泉會館 #中冠礁溪大飯店 #星河傳說溫泉水世界 #礁溪
