The room was great! Very clean! The front desk is super friendly and can help me quickly if I need anything! The room facilities are also quite complete and the bed is comfortable! It's great to have free parking! ! ! Will come again next time!

It is a newly opened hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, the service staff at the front desk were smiling, professional and enthusiastic. The check-in procedure was quick and smooth. They not only introduced me to the various facilities of the hotel carefully, but also took the initiative to ask me about my check-in needs. It's rainy in Yinchuan, but my mood at the moment is as beautiful as sunshine. The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy. The room staff are very warm and considerate. It is the first choice for business trips. It is highly recommended!

The overall feeling of the room was satisfactory. It was clean and hygienic. However, the parking instructions were not clear and I parked in the wrong place. Although the hotel gave me a parking ticket, it was not used for some reason. I was in a hurry to leave and had to pay the parking fee myself. Although it didn't cost much, I hope the hotel will do more detailed work in the future and provide everyone with better services.

超乎預期的體驗，酒店整體都很好，前台服務人員專業熱情，從入住開始就很貼心，新酒店的設施設備也是非常nice的，房間隔音不錯，客房清掃衞生的大姐也是很熱情的，會主動詢問是否打掃房間，出入都能聽到她們問好的聲音，房間的視野很好，早餐的種類很多，用餐時間也比較長，就很人性化。下次有機會還來！

這家如家酒店打破了以往我對如家的所有印象，原來如家也有這麼高端的酒店，前台服務非常好👍🏻餐廳很大，餐廳的服務人員很周到，客房窗户很明亮，房間乾淨整潔，整體真的很好！值得推薦

我對這間酒店十分欣賞，十分乾淨清潔。 一點八米大床十分舒服，酒店的早餐也不錯。入住時，多謝酒店職員姬心柔小姐耐心及專業的介紹，令我可以好清楚明白去哪裏遊玩，去哪裏吃好吃的羊肉。酒店內每個人的工作態度都很好，十分有禮，令人賓至如歸。多謝這間酒店的職員的辛苦工作，令我渡過了兩個難忘的晚上，你們的工作熱忱，一定要堅持啊。
