Although there were many great aspects to this hotel, the first thing that must me mentioned is the location! It is only a block from the Drum Tower and also very close to the historic Jade Emperor Pavilion. If that isn't enough, it is also close to a pedestrian shopping street and many good restaurants.
The front desk staff was very helpful and provided an excellent level of service.

Extended the stay for another few more days as we were satisfied with the room. The location is really strategic as it's near the pedestrian street.

The hotel is near the drum tower and there is a street with many food stalls nearby, plus several shopping malls and many restaurants. My room was quiet and warm. There were drinks and snacks including fresh fruit put out several times a day next to the lobby elevator. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel nearby where I stayed before had a bad environment and poor parking. Finally, the service, whether it is the hotel security or the staff are very enthusiastic. Especially the lady named Bai at the front desk, who was afraid that our twin beds would not be comfortable, so she upgraded us to a triple bed room for free. Especially careful.
