住過的最不像凱悦的酒店，整個設施跟全季差不多，也不知道酒店怎麼被攜程評上5鑽的。這個酒店有兩個硬傷，一是空調不製冷而且噪音很大， 除非酒店更換整體空調，或者房間加裝分體式空調，否則這個問題好不了。二馬桶設計應該是全世界酒店的奇葩了，按鈕竟在馬桶蓋後面，必須要站起來轉過身掀開馬桶蓋才能沖水，或者坐着讓馬桶蓋搭到身上才行。請問那些給酒店好評的住客，你們對這一點真的無所謂嗎？

酒店地理位置很好，在銀川最熱鬧的商場上面，交通很方便，旁邊都是各種吃喝玩樂還有夜市，茶南子就在樓下一點點路。房間設施齊全，房間非常乾淨整潔，床墊非常柔軟舒適。早餐很豐富，空間也比較大，不需要等座位。各方面服務挺好的很用心，李濟言服務態度好，期待下次再入住！
