Room pictures are suspected of cheating. We went to the mountain view from the beautiful large floor-to-ceiling windows in the picture. Arrived and found that was not the case. We booked four luxury suites, and it turned out that some had street views from the window, or other rooms in the hotel, and some rooms had a small corner of the mountain.
The customer service of the hotel is ineffective, the attitude is not good, and they are plausible, saying that not all rooms can be placed in the photos, and there are rooms like this, you are too late. . . (We arrived after 5pm). Hotel customer service can not understand customer needs and dissatisfaction, can not coordinate, give bad reviews.

房間真的細小得可憐，連20寸行李箱也容不下打不開！
早餐開始時間在八時，已經是相對遲的，但仍要𨒂遲十五分鐘才能開餐！早餐選擇不多，且味道一般
‘，不值得為它等候！
另外踉酒店要求多配一個枕頭也無法安排，因每一房間衹適配兩個枕頭，沒有任何後補的？

十月份來過一次英德玩，當時就選擇了璞驛酒店，位置好，停車方便，去周邊景點（峯林曉鎮，洞天仙境，英西九重天）開車都衹要十來分鐘。這個月突然有點懷念喀斯特地貌的山山水水，又來了一次，運氣爆棚，小姐姐給我們升級了房型，面積是原來的兩倍，配套設施都很好，孩子特別高興，真心推薦這家酒店，服務態度都很好，很親切。
