酒店在石英公園裡，滿園盛開的紫荊和造型各異的石頭。別墅房間大，但衞生一般，茶盅蓋有明顯茶跡，泡池的院子滿地枯葉。前台小姐態度簡單生硬，要求給一個取電卡，説有2個房卡足夠了，態度極不滿意地還質疑。早餐環境好比集市，聲音嘈雜，砰砰的收拾碗盤筷子和咚咚擺凳子的聲音令人吃不甘味，餐廳的服務人員收拾動作實在太猛了！

房間一般、比較潮濕、設施簡單，齊全，室外的泡池，池子裏放了很多枯樹葉，花枝、要自己搞了一輪衞生才能使用。温泉水挺不錯，水質滿意的。前台服務員態度惡劣，罵顧客，問一句説一句，一點都不願意搭理顧客。早晨就是最基礎的温飽型餐食，還和他們的職工同時進餐。就是一個國營企業、高高在上、完全沒有服務意識的,房間的池邊,浴室的邊角位長滿了黴斑，也沒有人清潔….

優點：房間的床比較大，房價便宜，酒店户外環境非常好，可能獨棟感覺更好吧，很多石頭很特別
缺點：衞生不好，設施很舊，房間有股味道，床品和毛巾都有破損的，晚上服務員就一個，公共温泉有七個但開放衹有兩個，而且周圍衞生環境一般蜘蛛網清晰可見的佈滿在温泉的遮陽蓬裏面，都不敢問有沒有歡迎水果，喊服務員搞衞生都等半小時以上

房間還是挺大挺舒適的，房間的遮光性好，泡池水也夠熱，早餐選擇相對較少但味道還不錯，房間對出就有公共泡池免費使用，總體這個價錢性價比真不錯

我該怎樣評價你才算中肯呢？説説我二號三號國慶過來的真實感受！首先，酒店坐落於石頭小鎮，國道旁都是賣石頭的商家，酒店的門面是一個城樓，古色古香！進來之後，就是一個很大的石頭園林，這是酒店一大賣點，不是蘇州，勝似蘇州！其實我覺得這裏更適合上了年紀的人，過來度假，佛系，慢生活，如果是親子可能悶了一點點。接下來就是我要吐槽的：第一，早餐太掉價！這裏的早餐可謂給酒店掉面子，餐廳在四樓，電梯又細又慢，餐廳放了十張大桌子，然後就沒有位置走動，而且早餐種類很少，不像這麼漂亮酒店該有的。第二，沒有游泳池！沒有游泳池！不知道攜程怎麼搞的，寫的是有的，實際沒有！衹有三個普普通通的泡池，這有點説不過去啊，泡池旁邊有個很大的池塘，如果我是老闆就不會這樣設計，肯定添置一個大泳池，這樣住客，親子樂，節目會豐富很多，幹蒸濕蒸就更別想了唉。酒店總體還是不錯，衹是還有改進的地方。

每次過來英德都住的酒店，環境優美，服務真誠，好寧靜，度假勝地，茶台和獨立的泡池也是我特別喜歡的，每次過來都沒有讓我失望！酒店可提供多些毛巾給你泡浴用，這點也特別好！早餐好健康，有當地特色，這是家庭度假和商務出差的好選擇！
