The room is so small that one wonders if it is a hotel of this era. When checking in, the male front desk clerk was rude throughout the process, as if he owed money. When checking out, the other female front desk clerk was very nice.

值得推薦的整體感覺都很不錯的酒店，安靜，乾淨，服務熱情，主要還有非常充足的停車位，免費停車。每個員工都很友好，房間設施設備整體都很滿意，酒店有提供免費洗衣房，可以自己去洗，也可以叫服務員到房間拿去洗再送回來

酒店舒適，洗衣烘乾服務對於一個出差了5天並還要呆幾天的人來説太友好了，前面幾天那個酒店沒有洗衣服務，我都沒衣服穿了。過來維也納住，把幾天的衣服都給服務員洗好了，而且還是免費的！！那麼多，我自己都有點不好意思了。總之很感謝，以後過來出差都訂他們家了。

4.第二次入住這家維也納酒店了，兩次都是帶着小孩過來的，前台那個小帥哥還記得我們上次來過，送了2份自助早餐，哈哈開心。訂了個雙床的拼在一起帶小朋友睡，非常大了，隨便翻滾，哈哈（我家寶寶比較調皮）。第二天去餐廳吃早餐，兒子很喜歡那個春捲，阿姨説是她們手工做的，食材都很新鮮，哈哈吃得放心。以後再跟着娃他爸過來英德就訂這家店啦

環境舒適整潔，床也睡得很舒服，乾淨衞生，本來衹住一晚上的，第二天準備去寶墩湖玩順便住那邊，女朋友説返程的時候要很早起，還是在市區方便點，果斷再住多一晚了。我們玩了回來阿姨已經把房間衞生打掃得乾乾淨淨啦，那些毛巾浴巾的也換乾淨的了，還留了張温馨的字條。很貼心呀！

這裏的衞生做的挺細膩的，連大堂綠植都擦得乾乾淨淨，可想而知房間的衞生和各方面的衞生做的好不好了，乾淨衞生就是健康的基礎，入住這樣的酒店，讓人放心，下次還來

酒店熱水沒有並不做提醒，一晚上沒的洗碗。告知需求前台也並不滿足更換，要求前來核實則是安排安保人員前來核實，這是前台服務的工作為啥是安保人員從事？領導層更是置之不理還説不是酒店員工。真是搞笑。
