説真的，這次的行程是覺得最無趣的。首先，我們訂了兩個晚上。入住前，已經和房東交代了，我們呀晚上11-12點左右才到。而且，我們是去泡温泉的。第一個晚上，到了之後，就説温泉水7-10.00供應。我們去到，他們提前放的水都涼了，然後又不能開熱水給我們，行，那就第二天晚上吧。然後下午醒來，就提前説了，我們出去，可給我們一點乾淨的新浴巾和收拾一下房間。然後6.00多回到，又什麼都沒弄。還要催，然後7.00説放池水，最牛的是，管家電話從來沒接通過，第一次7.00多過來，説物業的問題水管的問題，要去處理，第二次等到8630了，又催，然後他過來就説，沒辦法，物業問題什麼的，要等水，以及放水4個小時。我們第二天走人，你叫我們等水等到11.12點？？？你們寫着温泉別墅，又説了時間，你們卻一直這樣拖着把問題給客户承擔？另外，管家還態度非常惡劣，還沒説完就走出房間，説他已經處理問題了。你處理的問題結果就是我們顧客要承受？我們特地訂了兩晚，第一晚説固定放水，第二晚又説物業問題等水要4個小時。這就是解決問題？那你們別寫温泉酒店啊，還私帶泡池？最後，唯一解決的是房東。最後第二晚，根據房東所説我們才能泡上温泉。管家，根本就不是解決問題，最基本，下午2.00多出門，收拾一下衞生拿幾條浴巾，等到6.00多回來都沒處理過。優點：除了週末價格優惠，沒啥優點了。缺點：無論你提前告知正常需求，以及你訂多少晚都好，都是這種態度及處理方式。奉勸：別訂這家，其他我不知道，但是這家，真的讓人很噁心，玩的興致都沒有。做酒店做旅遊景點項目什麼的，如果這樣，遲早沒人去。另外，我是在平台用積分兑換“延遲退房”房東還覺得，是給我們的優惠補償這次的失誤，説可以延遲，叫我們給個好評。説真的，服務服務沒有，環境環境沒有，最基本的温泉都要拖着處理。我就真心給不了，而且，平台是允許積分兑換延遲，而不是你們酒店所做的所謂補償。

可能是下雨的緣故，蟲子和蚊子比較多。温泉是可以自己放熱水的，但因為到太晚，而且池子旁邊有蟲子，就沒有泡了。離巧克力王國很近，早上空氣很清新。服務挺好，很快都能回覆。建議天氣好的時候過來。

性價比挺高的，4張床，睡6人不成問題，有温泉、電動麻將、煮飯和唱k，適合一家人週末燒烤度假離巧克力王國也近，可以順便去玩
