設施：副樓的設施老舊，但一分錢一分貨也還行夠用。
衞生：打掃的乾淨、細節上還要多注意。
環境：靠路邊的吵一點，離城中心近，也緊挨着汽車站，周圍餐飲也豐富。
服務：中規中矩，推薦入佳。

第一次體驗民宿，能看到嘉陵江江景，挺好的。總體設計和軟裝，還是比較適宜短期住宿的。有廚房、洗衣機，能做飯、洗衣服，待個半個月也方便的。房東回覆消息及時，處理得當，有辦民宿的經驗。這一次民宿的入住感覺很好。

老酒店、佈局大氣、地段較好、有星級酒店的格局，但由於時間久的緣故、地毯陳舊、散發不舒適的味道、房間地毯在燈光的照射下能清晰的看到漂浮在空氣裏的地毯碎毛、部分房間的牆紙發黃脱落、酒店用品-毛巾、牙刷、床褥與酒店本身的格局不匹配、有很大的改進空間

環境舒適，這次住單間，價格合適。有停車場，有免費wifi.在盈江市區出行很方便。距離盈湖公園兩個紅綠燈，可以去吃盈江小吃等。
