We went there in the evening of December 13, 2024. It was snowing heavily on the road. After exiting the expressway toll station, we drove there in 18 minutes. There was no slippery road. After arriving at the hotel, we played in the snow for an hour. The room was relatively clean and the breakfast was very tasty. It takes about ten minutes to drive from the hotel to the scenic spot, which is more convenient. The Tianshengqiao Icefall has already formed part of it.

房間挺乾淨的，也很暖和，他們的早餐跟湯鍋很不錯，松茸菌湯很鮮，早飯也很豐富，管家小姐姐也很貼心，沒給小娃娃準備雪地靴，也會很細心的問問我們給我們，提供鞋套以免襪子打濕，服務是很好的。

套房下水問題依然存在，帶泡池的房間放水後水直接從地漏冒出，衞生間裏都是水，無法處理，早餐還可以，一份一份的，離景區很近，很方便

服務非常非常好！特別貼心，中午買了棒棒雞沒地方吃，主動提出幫我們準備了米飯！早餐也非常不錯！晚上的湯鍋也熱乎乎，排骨特別香！管家小姐姐人美心善！狗仔也可愛的不行！

第二次入住，這次定了一個套房。很不開心的是看房的時候發現套房有一間廁所味道太大，老闆説一定在入住前解決廁所味道問題。等到入住套房時，晚上10點洗澡發現不僅味道沒有解決，另一個房間的洗澡室下水不流，堵上了，老闆來後通堵通到11點，由於另外一個廁所味道很大所以沒有用它洗漱，晚上11點一家才陸續洗漱，比較影響心情。
