有小陽台可以燒烤 屋裡也有電磁爐和蒸鍋 衝著趕海來玩兒的人早上挖了晚上就蒸 窗外就是海 到廣場中心很近 一層大廳有飲品水果超市餐廳 雖然公寓樓可能有些老但是位置超絕又真的一條龍什麼都有 性價比超高

衞生：到的比較早，房間還在收拾，知道已經到了就先收拾這間了，雖然很匆忙但收拾的很乾凈了，普通民宿能做到這麼乾淨很不容易了。
服務：加了房東的微信，大哥很熱心，會主動問需求，講一些旅遊攻略，推薦的餐館等等…，入住那天大姐還特意敲門拿了些趕海的工具過來，房間裏本來也有水桶，鏟子什麼的。
環境：正對山海廣場，白天坐在陽台發呆，晚上看看日落不錯，不過因為是淡季所以晚上渤海明珠的燈都沒開，有點遺憾，房間陽台的小彩燈算是給我點安慰吧！周邊配套設施不太好，衹有樓下一個商店，所以吃飯什麼的會離得比較遠，不過也可以叫外賣。
設施：比較特別的是，陽台的藤椅，小桌子，浴室裏有浴缸，最喜歡的是屋子裡的大小兩個枱燈。為了方便做飯，還在櫃子裏準備了電磁爐，蒸鍋，菜刀，確實很周到了，唯一比較失望的就是沒有提供紙巾很一次性拖鞋了，這裏提個建議，浴室的拖鞋也換換吧確實有點戰損了

環境：酒店周邊環境很好 露台可以燒烤 看海視野寬敞
設施：停車場空間夠大 淡季室外免費停車 房間設施和介紹的一樣 洗澡間夠寬敞 有浴缸可以泡澡解乏
服務：老闆人熱情，服務周到，住宿期間遇到了問題溝通過，老闆的處理問題方式我很滿意，就沖老闆的態度還會選擇該酒店二次入住！

設施：房間空間很大，還有個浴缸，就是熱水器的水不太夠，浴缸裏水沒放滿就涼了
衞生：房間比較乾淨
環境：海景房哈哈，窗外就能看到山海廣場和鮁魚公主雕像，景觀沒得説，就是冬天來人太少了，周圍沒啥人，略顯荒涼

乾淨，立正，我們出門忘記關燈了。老闆很熱情，不厭其煩的告知注意事項，由於我們來的人增加後給換了大房間，超爽。孩子喜歡，都不想走呢，有個小問題，馬桶上水費勁。希望調試一下，其他都好。

一開始看環境衹能説就是個落腳的地方，能睡能上廁所，其他的別指望。後來發現這個房間的每一堵牆都是多餘的，還不如沒有，隔壁放個屁都能聽見，所以如果住這千萬別説私隱，再小聲隔壁都能聽見哦。早上就更別提了，隔壁的隔壁説話都能聽見，別問我咋知道的，因為我通過聲音能區分每一個人。洗手間的鏡子還是哈哈鏡…對於本次住宿體驗，除了震驚，我無以言表，發誓以後再也不住民宿了。
