優點:
1、曾經輝煌過，建設標準高；
2、衞生沒問題；
缺點:
1、攜程價格會比前台門市價貴；
2、前台服務交接班不清，前一個班答應延時到2點退房，接班的不承認，中午休息時間不斷催促打擾，內部管理有問題，一個服務型企業，敗落除了市場以外，自身也是有原因的！

酒店一上樓就有一股腐爛魚類的氣味, 開始攜程訂的大床, 設施裏寫了有浴缸, 結果沒有. 去前台, 説衹有標間才有浴缸. 態度差, "要浴缸那給你你換唄". 早餐環境堪憂, 咖啡速溶的沒問題, 但是加了好多好多水, 喝起來跟刷鍋水一樣.

體驗感很差，房間床頭手機充電的地方都沒有，無線網一格信號，基本無法使用。前台人員住宿結賬單不會打，發票開不出來，業務能力很差，很無語。因業務需要兩個月住了兩次，每次退房都長時間在等前台人員辦理髮票，流水等手續。

房間寬敞明亮，衞生條件特別高。還提供了老闆椅，辦公不累。洗漱用品更換也很及時，難以想象這麼好的酒店還如此便宜。早餐非常豐盛

酒店是老酒店，看得出來剛開業的時候的輝煌，配套還是很好的很高級的，時間久了可能有小強了，確實性價比是很高的，大家自己判斷

1.設施：老舊。水龍頭，淋浴器銹跡斑斑。衣櫃一股黴味。排風口呼呼大風正對着洗浴上方。浴室門壞了，根本關不上，洗澡時兩邊漏風兩邊夾擊！頭髮都不敢洗，怕感冒！
2.衞生：水龍頭上滿是水漬。桌子上全是菜油，黃油，黑漬都起膩了！椅子靠背上有臟油漬，一圈一圈的。
3.服務：沒有哪裡過分的，沒有跟顧客沖突去，這些都沒有。就是不熱情。來了不打招呼，走了一聲不吱，一副愛來不來的架勢，跟外面的天氣一樣冷！尤其前台和餐廳那幾個服務員，餐廳一個短髮服務員很好，其餘的很差勁！客人坐那吃飯，她們也坐那翹個二郎腿開炫。客房還挺好。
4.：歧視分別對待，便宜的房間物資不全。洗髮水沐浴露是半瓶的，上個顧客用剩下的！
