可以説是在英山住的相當好的一家酒店了，前台寬敞明亮，內部配套設施各方面都很完善，辦理入住的時候前台小姐姐服務很熱情，房間裏面是智能可控，躺着動動嘴皮子就可以進行一系列操作，關鍵是房間內部環境打掃的很乾凈，給人的感覺會很舒服，希望越做越好咯！

一家子人週末從武漢到英山來泡温泉，第一次來前台小袁服務非常熱情主動，小孩子玩得非常開心，第二天都捨不得走。酒店環境衞生都挺不錯的，早餐也很豐富。

前台好像心情不好，愛答不理的樣子，然後衞生堪憂呀，電梯裏不是一般的臟，房間內的衞生細節也不到位，水池和水龍頭有污垢，酒店設施挺好，位置也不錯吃飯都方便，就是衞生有點像小賓館。

房間都是小度智能控制。可以開關電視，控制燈光，窗簾。酒店大廳挺温馨的，都是鮮花，我開始還以為是假的，上手摸是真的，挺吃驚的，一個捨得用真花裝飾的酒店肯定不會差。大廳前台服務也特別專業。主動跟我推薦了周邊吃的玩的。我下次也推薦給我身邊的朋友的。退房還提醒了我們天氣熱。多送了兩瓶礦泉水，真的很貼心。
