酒店是新開的 設施還算比較新 但衞生也做的一般 床上會有一點小黑點可能是河邊小蟲子多 洗手枱下的地漏也積攢了很多臟東西沒清理 地漏第一層蓋子就打開着 最無語的是兩條1️⃣每天兩瓶礦泉水 多要一瓶就付費三元 其他大部分酒店都不存在 基本上每天都可以多送 帶着兩個小朋友沖奶兑水可能要用的多一點 2️⃣最無語的是早餐 攜程上其實也看到了早餐供應不足的問題但是第二天因為家人想盡早出發返程 買了酒店早餐 等我們八點半下樓 已經是下圖呈現的場景了 一進門有個負責人員就解釋説會有的 馬上補菜 叫我們“既來之則安之”！結果補是補了 就看見補了一小盆涼拌海帶 其他就是一直空着！八點半到九點我們離開 應該是酒店用早餐高峯 就這樣的服務管理 連基本的買來拆開就放上去的麪包也沒有 就一盆桃酥擺過來換過去的 再跟她講就裝作聽不見 ！第一次給酒店差評！

酒店設施齊全，整潔衞生，環境優美，位置極佳，就是服務需要再細緻一些。攜程訂單中提到的暖心晚安粥，一直到我們離店也未送達，不知道是什麼環節出問題了，衹能説服務細節有問題吧！

客觀的説這個酒店還是不錯，是英山應該算是最好的酒店了吧，大廳非常大氣，房間也很寬敞。
這麼大氣的酒店，不知道為什麼要收¥100的按金，關鍵是房間啥貴重物資都沒有．
説是贈送的下午茶，居然就是一個自助茶水台，有點忽悠人
早餐也很一般，在攜程上宣傳是每個人60元的，但實際現場是按¥38收費

地理位置不錯，周邊生活設施齊全，附近有個大竹簽烤肉店經濟實惠，值得推薦。酒店自己有温泉設施，但是不能跟咸寧專業温泉酒店比，房間很大，設施齊全，窗簾遙控的，説送的下午茶就是前台放的熱水飲品和小吃。。晚安粥沒有看到，下午2點退房這個很不錯，正好退了去酒店温泉溜達一圈就可以返程了。説是山景房，這個山也太不像了。。

早晨七點半一家人被樓道里的動靜吵醒，以為樓道有春節晚會，打開門一看，原來是打掃房間衞生的阿姨在開每日例會。阿姨看到有人開門還算比較禮貌，就這樣三個人瞌睡沒了，起床退房走人。

酒店很新應該新裝修沒多久，房間傢俱感覺都很新。房間超大，床墊軟硬適中。最驚喜的是酒店早餐的牛肉粉面非常好吃，鹵香很濃郁，湯底很濃厚，按頭推薦

房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，各種設施佈置精美，衞生 very 乾淨，入住放心，周邊交通出行方隔音好，空調舒適，有一整晚都睡得很安穩，會選擇這家，朋友推薦過來的，酒店的價格相比其他同級酒店非常合理，性價比很高，讓我感到物超所值。酒店環境挺好的，衞生也很乾凈，位置也很好找，居住體驗很好。綜合來説，這家酒店的張金齊小姐姐服務非常熱情，設施和環境都非常出色，下次如果有機會肯定會再來。

酒店很不錯。高速很近，高層房間可以看到河景。旁邊有個仙境温泉很新，攜程訂的房間不送温泉（也可能是我的房型不送）。有免費小點和紅茶綠茶。3樓有餐廳。
