房間貴的要死，環境差的要命！住那麼多次酒店，這個酒店讓我刮目相看！一次性的浴巾沒的也就算了，連浴巾都沒有！找前台要，給我拿了一個比我抹腳帕都還要爛的！無語到極點！體驗最差的一次！震驚我的三觀！那麼差的酒店，真搞不懂，為啥還能營業！

酒店房間實際情況和圖片上的差太遠了，環境和空間等都差，關鍵是我定的房間等我去了説沒有了，給我開的房間小的簡直沒法説了，床是圓床，還是水床，關鍵水床加熱器還是爛的，就墊了一個電熱毯。當時找到工作人員詢問我定的房間怎麼不一樣？給我説的是我定的那間沒有了，被別人住了，態度簡直太差了，我要求退房，工作人員直接過來就説沒法退，衹能這樣，要退就自己在平台上去退，明明曉得平台上沒有退房，還説要住就住，反正就一個意思，要麼你就認栽，要麼你就將就住，最後是給我換了一間房間，但是那個房間還是差的很，到處都壞的，洗澡間連和浴霸都是壞得，天花板上蜘蛛網到處都是。一句話太坑了，我在營山住得最差最不值價值的一個酒店，我投訴了但是平台還沒出結果。簡直就是欺騙消費者的。

環境太差經了，前台酒店就像聽不懂話一樣，服務也不好，我們説看看房間，覺得太差了，想退了，説退不了，必須住，還扣了六十的服務費，這麼差的房間加服務費花了三四百，消費者也很無語，酒店啥都不管，讓我們找平台，平台喊找酒店

前台很**，態度惡劣，房間衞生差，設備老化，牙刷毛巾都沒有，衹有很臟很老化的浴巾，房間靠近路邊，隔音效果一點沒有。房間加裝的插板我也是醉了😵💫我居然找不到插口！什麼**買的什麼玩意兒！！！
