我也不曉得是因為我沒有續房還是第一次卡沒刷好跑第二趟讓刷卡還是因為她心情不好，唉聲歎氣，一臉不耐煩，你自己沒給我刷好卡我房間門打不開怪我啊？續房我兩個人住的，正常是不是都會問續不續住？有我電話，房間也有座機，沒有打電話問我吧？那我是不是想着是我同伴把房續了？叫你刷個卡把卡遞給你還不接，我手伸那裡卡起等你，多大個煙鍋巴踩不熄嘛，在你們酒店住多少回了，真是這次太氣人，説了一會兒續一會兒續，還在那裡説説説，別人在接電話你看不到啊？我掛完電話續是不是犯法？

入住了房間衞生沒有做，床單還是臟的，地上毛髮一坨坨，大姐又現換被子，馬桶水沖**外面來，標明熱水開半天卻沒有，冷水才是熱水，不如不標
