房間設施非常滿意，酒店很温馨，服務周到，過年去的，大年30還送了兩份水餃🥟🥟🥟🥟，初一的早餐也温馨的送了，設施齊全，品質非常高，價格合理。孩子發熱了，及時的找出來温度計送過來，雖然是壞的，還是很温馨的服務

多年來回鄉選住的比較滿意的賓館，這次長者們一同回鄉清明祭掃，一次訂了四間房，但其中一間房不是正常的標間，位於樓道最東頭，衞生間極其簡陋，天花板老舊有灰塵，沒有置物架，毛巾和浴巾電吹風擺放在洗臉盆的枱面上。衞生間的燈和房間的燈都有壞了不亮的，放小肥皂的小託盤也缺了一塊，房間地毯被煙頭燒了不少洞，三張椅子的坐麪都是大塊油漬。看起來這間房是工作人員的臨時用房，但拿這間的房卡時前台居然説是升級房，晚上發現時我們提出換一間，但衹是一位服務員來看了一下，説是沒房間了。這次住宿體驗有一種説不出的上當受騙感覺。其他三間房和以前入住的一樣，衞生和設施簡單大方。

入住體驗感非常不錯，特別是大廳前台工作人員服務細節感動了我，我伸手去接他們遞過來房卡的時候，服務員看到我手指上有道小劃痕，貼心的給我遞過來消毒水，棉簽還有創可貼，做服務真的是細節決定一切。
