After checking out, they said there was a contaminated towel and they wanted to deduct 10 yuan. I didn't care how this came about. They just deducted it if they wanted to. The deposit was not returned for four or five days. I urged them again and again.

Very big, very clean, Ctrip is very powerful, I made a wrong reservation and they cancelled it for free and rebooked it at this hotel! Very good hotel, highly recommended, next to the airport, very convenient, and only a starting price from the city!

This is the hotel I am most satisfied with during my stay in Xinjiang, better than the Jinling hotel which cost more than 2,000 yuan that I stayed in Nalati. It is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a great location. It is very fast to get up at 6 o'clock and walk to the terminal. The best memories of staying in Xinjiang

A regular hotel, the breakfast was perfunctory, just porridge and pickles, a few broken steamed buns, no eggs, and finally I took the kids out for noodles. There is no connection between the buildings, except for the one where you check in, there is no other front desk! It is nearly one kilometer from the airport to the terminal, and there is no connection, which is unscientific. The service concept is really worrying. Isn't the purpose of staying here to get convenient to the airport? Why do I need to drag big and small boxes for one kilometer, or I need to take a taxi? At least it is a hotel in the airport! The front desk didn't know anything, it was really speechless!
