It's in a good location and has modern amenities, however we had to leave early because the hotel has absolutely no sound insulation. We could very clearly hear everything being done in neighboring rooms (running water, brushing teeth), in the hallway, and outside on the street. At the least though they were kind enough to refund the remaining nights and deposit without a fuss.

The biggest advantage is good parking and monitoring. Safety! The service attitude is particularly good and the breakfast is very delicious. The bad thing is that the facilities are old and not easy to use, the bathroom is too small, and the squatting person is hard! The room is too small and the sound insulation is poor. Looking down from the plane, I fell in love with this small frontier town at first glance, with its blue sky and white clouds and the winding Ili River! When you arrive in Shunwen, you feel at home. The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming. The clean room smells like sunshine and the decoration is simple and elegant, which makes you feel very comfortable. There are many restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. There is a large shopping mall within a five- to six-minute walk. I will come again next time, this is a hotel that brings good luck!

The waiter kept moving the chair for half an hour after breakfast. The sound was very harsh. I hope it can be improved. After nine o'clock, I moved the chair. And this behavior is meaningless. Modern and very clean inside. Nice and big spacious room with comfortable beds. No hairdryer in bathroom Breakfast was basic Staff initially rejected us from the hotel even though they accept foreigners. After reaching about to ctrip and 2 hours later. CTrip confirmed they will be accepting us. Staff had no idea how to deal with foreign passport even though it was an international hotel.
