這次入住［左岸.雲歌酒店工商學院店］真的太失望了。一進房間就看到地上有好幾個煙蒂，地上還有煙灰殘留，感覺房間根本沒有徹底打掃乾淨。
作為一家酒店，最基本的衞生都保障不了，實在難以讓人滿意。希望酒店能夠重視衞生問題，加強管理，別讓其他客人也遭遇這樣不愉快的經歷。
