Room is modern, clean, and fully equipped with amenities, location is strategic, close to the ancient town and many restaurants nearby, but staff takes too much time checking personal identity, making us wait for 20 minutes and didn't offer anything (like drinks) when guest is waiting.

Very close to Fotang Old Street
There is a supermarket nearby which is very convenient
I feel the environment is very clean
I like the fact that the carpet in the room is not old
The room I stayed in didn't smell like smoke.

The breakfast experience is 0 points. The hotel should know that it is full during the holidays, but it does not make enough preparations and manpower to deal with breakfast. The food is slow, the meal preparation is small, the table turning is slow, and the cleaning is too slow. There is too little holiday or high occupancy.
