The room (basic one) was large and clean. Location is very convenient if you have to go to the Futian Market, many big and small restaurants at a walking distance. The staff is very kind and we had all our laundry washed for free!

Room could smell better the first room smelled of cigerette. Staff was happy to switch us to other room.

Pros: room is clean, bed is comfortable & we got early check in.
Cons: There are people smoking in the lobby even though there are no smoking signs everywhere and the reception did not do anything. Also during our stay, there were people doing karaoke until 2am. It was so noisy & we could not sleep. Told the hotel about it & they said they cant do anything.
Will not stay here again.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Sanitation could be improved since there was a dead fly on the floor and drain flies in the shower.

The bed linen in the room is changed for each guest, and it is very clean. I feel very comfortable staying here. The staff are very friendly and will help solve any problems. The breakfast time is very long. You can eat breakfast and go to the market if you get up late. It is very convenient.

Simply amazing..clean, beautiful decor, great people working at the front desk, very close location to the market, lots of local shops and restaurant. We found one Halal restaurant just 7-10 min walking distance. Great hotel. 10/10
