The hotel is very clean, everything is available. The front desk is very friendly with nice people. We had a great experience with our lovely dog. Recommend it to you.

Hotel was good and clean, staff friendly and polite but breakfast was a little disappointing. From hotel to Futian market is about 18 minutes by car.

I made a reservation because it was a four-star hotel, but the result was very different from the four-star hotel. The room was very small, not as big as 20-30 square meters, and it was empty as soon as I entered the door. There were many dead corners in the room, and there was a lot of dust on the walls and glass. I didn't dare to use the mouthwash cup and tea cup at all.
Self-service freshly ground coffee and snacks: Not provided. When I asked about it when I left the hotel, they said there were no, only instant coffee bars. Snacks were spicy bars and small biscuits, but they were not available.
Use of Jinchen Treasure Box: There is no such thing
