小乔 is extremely friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond in ensuring my satisfaction. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Yiwu. Attached 3 name tags are staffs who had assisted us during our stay at Kaison K. They were all very eager to help. Absolutely love the staffs. Room was clean and nice too. Location is minutes away from shopping hotspots

It was a very pleasant experience to stay at K Hotel this time! The hotel is conveniently located, has convenient transportation, and is well-equipped. The room is clean and tidy, the decoration style is modern and simple, the bedding is comfortable, and I slept soundly. The staff are enthusiastic and considerate, and the attitude is friendly, making people feel warm. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The overall value for money is high, and it is suitable for both business travel and vacation. I will choose K Hotel again next time I come here, and strongly recommend it to everyone!

The service was amazing, please give the front door man a payrise, he was very welcoming to us and always smiling.

This hotel is definitely a premium one, from the greeting at the entrance by a very friendly and outgoing male receptionist at the first floor to lovely female receptionist on the 22 floor. Although, the check in time was about forty minutes wait the staff regularly updated us on the situation of the room so this made the wait time easier. Also, the hotel is located in a prime area with easy access to malls, restaurants and other fast food brands.
The room was modern, with a unique layout. The amenities from TV, to bathtub, smart toilet, curtains, and lights were also functional and easy to use. The bathtub was spacious, which provided for lots of comfort and space to move for someone with a larger body frame. Additionally, the toilet and bathroom were quite spacious and very clean. Other than the room the hotel has spa, bar, restaurant, and Cafe services.
Breakfast was top-notch, with many Western and Chinese dishes to pick from. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and loved that we were able to enjoy dishes from around the world.
All in all, lovely hotel that depicts premium in staff, location, room, and food.
