I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. I particularly enjoyed breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Really bad feeling to stay there this time. Because no one awarded for my request. I will not go there anymore. I keep using them for 5 years when I visit factory. Just a simple request for higher level w/ quiet room. I got mad when arrived hotel about 2:00am.

It was a hurried evening. I had just arrived at Pudong Airport from abroad. Due to the effects of exhaustion and jet lag, I accidentally left a suitcase containing important documents and personal items on the luggage conveyor belt while collecting my luggage. When I realized that my luggage was missing, I had left the airport and was ready to rest in your hotel. In the face of this sudden situation, I felt very anxious and helpless, after all, the items in my luggage were very important to me. In desperation, I tried to ask the hotel front desk for help. To my surprise, the staff at the front desk not only showed no slight slackness, but immediately showed a high level of responsibility and professionalism. They were quick to get in touch with the airport and asked in detail about the characteristics of my luggage and where it was lost. While waiting for a response, the staff also carefully prepared a place for me to take a break and reassured me not to worry too much and that they would do their utmost to assist me in retrieving my luggage. After hours of effort and coordination, good news finally came from the hotel: my luggage had been found by the airport staff and would be returned to the hotel as soon as possible. Hearing the news, my hanging heart finally let go. When the luggage was returned to my room intact, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff. Not only did they help me get my luggage back, but they also provided me with an unforgettable service experience.

I think, expensive hotels like this are booked so we have flawless stay in places where we have language barrier. Here, no one can speak communicative english. We had booked delux suit, they said they uograde us to better room and when we reach the room, we got was loft room, climb up the stairways. Reach the room entrance and that floor only had small siting area, like a guest sitting adea and a small guest waahroom and bedroom, closets, waahroom, bathtub, library kind of area, all were on the upper floor. The stairways was on almost double the height. We had booked for 1 night, we had been there for an event and we had checked in at 7 pm to attend an even at 8 and checkout the next day. It was of no use to go to the receiption and bang my head as for the language barrier and ask for change of room and explain a why i wanted to change. A lavish breakfast, but no vegetarian food. This isnt a complaint as it is their wizh but such a huge property should consider and also the food should be well labled. And at last, they are big, 1738 rmb a night, should have proper english speaking team. Well the loft room looked like as if not been occupied for ling time. Also some places has lot of dust. Furniture sureky was torn out and laminated with plastic. Photo attached. Air conditioner had lot of dirt - photo attached Washroom side lights were not working - photo attached I had a zoom meeting next day morning and i happned to use rhe writing deak, the chair was broken, not stable and i am sure they just woukd have fitten the chair well inside rhe desk as if no one will use. All too bad. I am sure they would not be a bad hotel but what we had was extremely bad.

Very new hotel. Front counter staff Xiao ming were friendly and courteous. Restaurant manager Guo Guo Wei was welcoming and friendly. Room was cute as it is family room and decorated with cute dinosaur, tent, picture with cute cartoon toothbrush, toothpaste, cup and bath foam. Toilet has seat warmer and washes. Hotel is a conveniently located near airport. So good that we extend for another day stay here. We will stay here again next time.

Excellent service Hotel staff gave us an upgrade to a bigger room. Hotel provided shuttle to trade centre and recommendations on where to sightsee. Hotel room was also well equipped with all the necessities. The breakfast buffet had sufficient variety though more inclined towards the Chinese palate.

The room facilities are complete, clean and tidy, parking is convenient, the service attitude is very good and considerate, the room type is upgraded for free, and there are two free breakfasts🥣 with rich and varied varieties!

I travelled here alone but I saw many families and couples also stayed there. This hotel suitable for everyone. One of the USP is it is very near to all the area and near to famous night market just 300m . My stay was very comfortable and enjoyed it. The reception staff are cooperative and one the staff named 小鹿 ( Lucy) very helpful and she speaks very well English which is great help for foreigners. This is very near to International Trade centre too. Over all it’s good hotel to stay anyone.
