房間很差，設施壞的地方很多，連電話都沒有一個，隔音太差了，天花板上的頂裂開，彷彿隨時要掉落了，晚上隔壁聲音清晰可聽，衞生很差，杯子什麼的沒洗乾淨，有蜘蛛🕷️和蟑螂橫行，停車方便，環境也不錯，服務質量一般般，和服務員商量多拿瓶水也要錢，問事情愛理不理，早餐一般般，早餐的盤子杯子都沒洗乾淨，一流環境，三流的硬件和服務。

外部環境很好，裏面確實設施很老舊了，房頂有掉皮現象，為了安全考慮，應加急維護。服務人員很少，年紀較大，雖然態度挺好，但服務人手感覺缺失嚴重。
早餐:酒店早餐不錯！飯後鞦韆草坪拍照，曬曬太陽很舒服。

我們入住的是高級雙床房，裝修老舊，衞生做的不好，地面臟黑還有絮屑。前台短頭髮圓臉的**志態度差，中午到前台一個人都沒有。入住體驗不佳，房費無性價比。

宜興一家度假型酒店，高速下來二十幾分鍾，酒店位置也很佳，雲湖一覽無餘，這是意外驚喜。前台服務熱情周到，有問題隨時可以提供幫助，房間都有獨立陽台，寬敞明亮，早餐廳環境不錯，種類豐富口味也好。

很差的賓館，周邊啥都沒有，半荒廢，超市都沒有，打車更別説，外賣都沒有的。自己沒車如果走到街上需要1️⃣小時最少。攜程審核不仔細，明明是老破舊，還説是2023年新裝修的。床硬的個木板一樣，空調像鼓風機，不能用圖片欺騙消費者。

住了20來年的酒店，真的沒有給過酒店差評，這個酒店200多，真的超不值，到酒店11點左右，進房間説是中央空調，還是遙控器的，來了兩個人才調好，後面洗漱完準備睡覺，廁所正對床，房間極臭，打電話過去，説換房間，及其不願意，還告訴我定的房間就是這樣的房型，我想問一下你？就算50元定的房間房間極臭，就是你有理！我還定的200百多的，在一個小縣城，200多，我活該房間臭，後面經過不停的溝通，服務員上來了，上來我問她房間臭不臭，服務員回答，你進門就聞到味道了，還説他不知道，是前台開的，這時候已經12點多了，服務員態度極差，我説你們這樣我會給你們差評，服務員惡狠狠的看着我，這就是你們的服務態度！我告訴你們，已經12點多了，你就給我換一間好的房間，服務員找了半天，給我換了一間，我進去準備睡覺，結果窗簾拉不上，我特別氣憤，要求房間升級，服務員完全一副無所謂的態度，不可能升級房間，你愛住住，不住可以退房，這個酒店極其偏遠，到縣城都要開車一小時，叫我退房，我是極其無語，還告訴我窗簾拉不上也沒有關係，如果我是對住宿條件不要求，我會選擇你們酒店！後面又換了酒店，空調半天也是開不起，但是我已經沒有在折騰下去的勇氣了！100多的酒店服務都比這裏好！
