讓人很不舒服的店。洗澡水不熱，花灑是壞的，飲用水是一按就癟的“飲用包裝水”。老闆是中老年本地人，入住時要了按金20元，我問店裡別的客人，他們就沒有按金。走時交房卡還是他，但他卻忘了有按金這回事。詢問為什麼要按金，隨口就扯了些謊，什麼老住客就沒收錢之類。房間沒有能看東西，吃飯的桌子和椅子。問前臺中年婦女，謊話也是張嘴就來，可能壞了拿去修了之類。後來看到別的房間也是根本一把椅子都沒有。

房間衞生不好，有蟲子，還有沒有收拾的臭襪子！真的需要加強！！位置不錯哩步行街很近，停車也方便，就是最重要的衞生急需改進！

這家酒店真是物超所值！新得跟什麼似的，裏面的智能家居系統超級貼心，空調十分給力，熱水夠多夠大，沖澡很舒服了！而且停車還免費呢～最讚的是那個自助早餐，滿滿一桌子的菜，想吃啥都有！更絕的是老闆人超級好，笑得讓人心裏暖暖的~ 下次來宜興我還要選這家酒店，真心推薦給大家啊👍！🎉

房間裝修很新，很乾凈，物美價廉。而且老闆特別好！本來又續住了一晚，但當天有了其他安排，下午臨時決定不再續住，老闆也給全額退掉當天費用了，真的很有人情味。下次來宜興還要住在這裏！👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

上了電梯就一股很大的煙味和異味，進了房間這股味道更甚，房間又小又低，難以入睡。一點都不智能。睡了一小時直接去大廳睡了，從來沒住過這麼差的賓館，還170+，早飯沒吃就走了。

酒店位置好，出來步行五分鐘不到就有熱鬧的步行街。離景區也近，交通方便。門口還有停車場和充電樁，自駕遊的小夥伴可以放心入住。
整體應該是新裝修不久，房間環境乾淨舒適，配有小度智能設備，操作十分方便。
最令人暖心的是因為過年期間加上高鐵班次早，六點十分左右就要出發去站點，所以約不到車。在一籌莫展的時候老闆夫妻主動提出送我們去高鐵站真是太感動了，再次感謝！🙏🏻
這次時間有點倉促，下次到宜興一定還會再來入住～
