整體體驗一般吧，設施服務也就一百多的檔次，門口保安答非所問，酒店設施有點陳舊，第一次碰到多要瓶礦泉水還需要收費的酒店

房間寬敞，2米的床也是大的，有幾點需要改進的，一個是床單被套的問題，入住後發現有類似血跡的斑點，叫客房服務來換了，説是銹跡，換了一套之後也還有類似的情況，還是要加強清潔；第二個是空調的問題，可能是因為設備比較老，達到設定的温度就停止工作不再運行了，需要手動再去調節，試了幾次開了自動風也沒用，半夜熱了還爬起來開空調，説換新的可能不現實，但是總有解決的方法，感覺還是控制面板不夠智能；第三個就是噪音問題，上午玩累了説下午休息一下的，走廊裏一直有關門哐當響，以為是住客開關門，出去觀察了一下基本是打掃衞生的服務員打掃時開關門，建議可以動作輕點。
不過酒店的中餐做的還不錯，在大眾評價裏給了好評。

這個酒店應該是張渚鎮上最大最豪華的酒店，非常顯眼。設施：設備很新，雖然名字叫holiday hotel。但是裝修風格和holiday in很像。房間比較明亮，設計比較合理。每個床上都有兩個枕頭。床很舒服。而且還贈送很多小零食。房間裏的抽紙上面都有印字，特別可愛。
衞生：衞生打掃的很乾凈。床底下都很乾凈。毛巾非常的柔軟。裏面的洗漱用品也非常全。
環境：環境很好，非常安靜，窗明幾凈，樓下就是小鎮子的中心。
服務：服務非常好。前台還有衞生巾售賣。雖然房間裏標價寫的是15塊錢，但賣給我們的是20一包。早餐雖然簡單，但是口味不錯。可以下餛飩也可以下醪糟麪。酒店自帶飯店。可以在飯店點菜吃。價格不算貴。口味特別好。分量也足。我帶了兩個孩子，還給我安排了包廂。離善卷洞景區不遠。總之這一次住宿非常的滿意。睡得特別香。

大床房的空間非常大，房內有免費小零食和戴森凈化器，不過凈化器的遙控有問題，無法調整。另外建議酒店務必強化wifi系統，經常連不上或者連上了但是無法上網。浴缸可以配備一次性泡澡袋，更加衞生。電視機不支持投屏。
