It's only 10 minutes by taxi from the high-speed rail station. It's an independent hotel with a good environment, relatively complete facilities, and a buffet breakfast. The room is spacious and clean. It's very good. Recommended

The hotel is on Taodu Street. The surrounding environment is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the food is very tasty. We stayed for another night after the event. The breakfast was quite rich. It is a clean, tidy and cost-effective hotel.

訂了三個房間二晚，第二天朋友説起酒店各方面都滿意，就是被子較厚且重，一晚上都沒睡好，第二天跟總枱説，總枱説櫃子裏有薄的可以換，回房間看了是夏天用的很薄的被子，現在才3月初還是不用的好免得感冒，因訂了二晚，衹能再住一晚再換其它酒店了。建議備一些輕柔的四季被子，有客人需要的時候可換。

交通出入方便，房間衞生乾淨，去窯湖小鎮方便，去了蜀南古街也很方便，宜興的紫砂藝術濃郁！維也納酒店滿足了需要，早餐略微粗糙了些，服務也有待改進，其餘都蠻好的！

晚上入住沒有熱水，前台解釋説人數太多用水緊張，讓第二天早上再用熱水。第二天早上依舊沒熱水，打電話給前台解釋説溝通讓保潔阿姨開熱水。等了兩個小時依舊沒熱水，下樓詢問的時候女前台直接説，你退房吧，我們接到水力公司通知不知道什麼時候來熱水。。。一會説讓阿姨開，一會甩鍋給水力公司。哈哈。。晚上又是加微信又是打電話要協商，這個差評送給早上讓客人退房的女前台
