Nice hotel for the price and star rating is real unlike some other ones on trip.com. I would stay here again. It is slightly outside the main shopping or food area, but there are a few restaurants near by. The room is clean and bright and size was nice. We got a free upgrade and they even give you a small gift of snacks on the way out.

初次到宜興，在攜程找了很多家酒店，覺得維也納智好酒店很不錯，到店之後諮詢停車場入口，前台月月態度很好，詳細告知停車場方位，辦理入住時服務態度也非常好。酒店設施齊全，房間寬敞明亮，淋浴間牆壁上還有晾曬衣服的活動掛架，這一點真的很方便，洗了衣服之後就有地方掛了，馬桶還配有一次性馬桶墊，乾淨衞生。酒店附近有很多吃飯的地方，晚上我們在附近吃了當地的地鍋雞，分量足味道還不錯。五樓的餐廳乾淨衞生，雖然餐廳不是很大，但是早餐品種多樣，餐廳的工作人員服務熱情，酒店打掃衞生的阿姨態度也很好，辦理退房時前台018服務員服務熱情，還贈送了小禮品，這次入住維也納智好酒店真的是體驗感非常好，如果再來宜興，還會選擇這一家。

這次入住體驗很棒，綜合打10分。酒店位置優越，在市中心核心地段，周邊商場、餐廳林立，吃喝玩樂一應俱全，且交通便利，離地鐵站僅5分鐘步行距離。房間佈置温馨，床品柔軟親膚，睡了個好覺，衞生間乾淨無異味，設施也很齊全。健身房器材嶄新，泳池水質清澈，日常維護做得很好。前台人員熱情，辦理入住迅速，入住期間有問題致電客房服務，都能很快解決。早餐中西式菜品豐富，現做的omelette超好吃。房間隔音好，休息不受干擾，整體性價比高。總之，對此次入住非常滿意，下次出行還會選這家，也推薦給大家！

總體來説挺不錯的，對於這個價位來説，能做到乾淨，寬敞就很好了，前台服務人員月月服務也很熱情，房間的床是帶輪子的，方便有孩子的家庭，可以把床拼在一起，這點很有心，不過本身床也已經很大了，一般很少能訂到1.5的雙床，拼在一起就更大，美中不足，電視遙控器非常難用，給前台説了，讓阿姨來給檢查一下，也一直沒來，雖説現在大家都看手機，不在乎電視，但既然有電視，還是希望做到物盡其用，最起碼能讓我換台，感謝前台送了兩個小朋友的早餐，早餐就是很普通的早餐，看到速溶的咖啡就知道是什麼定位了，不過有麪條就行，總體來説還是不錯的，如果下次有機會還會住這裏

房間非常乾淨，前台018服務很好，酒店房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒適。特別是還單獨給了一張插電卡，這樣出門房間就不用斷電了，把燈關了即可。前台提示晚上插上電蚊香。服務很細心、用心。
