已再次來酒店入住，看到酒店完善了洗衣房門鎖已升級改造為門禁刷卡，酒店專用電梯也安裝了門禁卡刷卡上電梯建議大家走酒店專用電梯衞生也比較乾淨，酒店對於用户的反饋重視程度及效率，包括前台響應這幾點比較滿意，但是此樓棟據説為益陽地標性建築第一高樓是綜合樓，有很多商户，海鮮湘菜餐飲，健身房足浴的，進出人員比較雜亂，感覺有點不好，不過看到酒店的保安有在巡查，綜合來説還可以。

房間真的非常一般，還行政房，洗漱間真的讓人以為在香港的酒店，設計的真的非常一般，完全是一頓亂堆亂擺，洗漱台還漏水，多送兩個衣架來直接讓人以為到了初中寄宿的感覺。酒店地下停車場也是不醒目，比較難找，出口也沒太多指示。
