華天酒店無論硬件，餐食還是服務是名符其實的四星級。
有浴缸，每天可以泡澡。有寫字枱，方便書寫。特別是餐廳服務熱情周到，午飯78元雙人套餐，有魚有菜有湯。吃不了，餐廳冷存，留着晚上可再次食用！對歐陽小姐周到服務點贊！

設施：老牌酒店，設施有點陳舊，有些房型做了翻新。傳統房型，佈局合理，配套齊全，有助於休息睡眠。
衞生：乾淨衞生，住的安心。
環境：位於市中心，但不吵雜。交通便利出行方便。

預訂的時候標註的是安靜一點的房間，辦理入住的時候前台打電話問哪間衞生做完了就住哪間，所以預訂需求沒用。進去發現礦泉水有一瓶被擰開了，對比發現水位不一樣，擰開的那瓶水位高很多。服務員來更換時對比了新的兩瓶水發現水位是一致的，這個有點細思極恐。房間布椅像是包漿了，窗户太老關不上，凌晨喊人幫忙關的，一點多不知道哪邊開始弄出很大聲響並且男的唱歌，酒店人員的服務態度也是有參差的。體驗感各方面都不太舒適，益陽酒店就住過碧桂園鳳凰和華天，衹能説再也不能貪便宜了。
