房間還不錯，前台開房之前，問了靠小區還是馬路，因為本人睡眠不好，給我安排的靠小區的房間，晚上很安靜，睡的很舒服，床墊也舒服，前台服務態度很好，小姐姐也很漂亮，非常滿意...必須的五星好評，大大的贊

沒有服務可言：
1.在網上訂了房間之後，凌晨1.30到前台前台的服務員捂着房卡跟我説，明天他們有高考的人要住進來，問我能不能在十點半之前退房。意思是説，如果我不能按時退房，房間就不能開給我咯？半夜我再自己另外去找房間咯？我深深的感覺到自己被威脅，差點流落在外。這些特殊的訂房要求，請在客户下單之前就要告知，而不是等客人已經付費到前台了再告訴我！
2.在平台申請了含早餐，酒店也同意了，結果沒有給我早餐券，在反饋後酒店説你自己到前台來拿餐券，酒店自己忘記了把該給到我的餐券配給我，不應該是服務人員要送過來給客人嗎？咱也不差你這個早餐，但我也不食嗟來之食。
3.房間的被套都是破的，這樣的房間，難道提前查過房嗎？那麼破破爛爛的真差勁！
