酒店位置太方便了，萬達廣場對面，吃飯逛街很方便，暖氣開着了，挺好，前台服務很好，需要什麼都能及時滿足，還安排了個視野很好的湖景房給我，以後再來益陽還住這吧，挺不錯的

高速堵 臨時停住益陽 選的房間居然窗外還有堵牆 窗簾拉開也暗無天日的感覺

本來沒想給任何評價的 我今天定明天到後天酒店 提前一天預訂 因為地理位置問題先退了重新定 直接酒店給我拒了 沒任何原因 我是不知道你們生意不好還是怎麼回事 之前宜尚酒店也是 定了想退 也拒絕 半天不理人 發訊息也半天沒人會 我就衹想問 作為酒店前台有權利拒絕攜程平台退款？難道不怕攜程分下降？開那麼多次房我就見這個酒店毛病最多 ……

酒店周圍配套設施比較好，對面有商場，後面有湖泊，適合散步！酒店環境一般，設施酒店有點陳舊，衞生也一般般！有待改善

房間還算乾淨，在萬達對面的一個小巷子進去
離高鐵站有9公里左右，不算遠
對面萬達購物吃飯也方便
早餐種類不多還行
酒店環境很好，旁邊就是一個湖，還有跑道，非常舒服
