1.環境衞生：一個字就是臟！其他的不多説了可以看圖片，還有馬桶廁所環境沒拍，有點太噁心了，拍都不想拍。一進門灰塵很重很重，廁所反臭嚴重，鼻炎犯了，被套全是灰，換了以後被芯和枕芯還是很黃，有口水印。入住之後不可以退房，衹能連夜下單一次性被套，忍着噁心住了一晚上，定了兩天提前退房了。另外，兩邊房間的空調外機是貼着牆壁的，晚上有很大的那種引擎的聲音，很吵。門口的鎖鏈也是壞的，衹有一個可以打繁瑣的木門，安全性也不是很高。
2.我在12月10日左右訂了房間，突然在12月20日直接取消了我的訂單，和我説原因是因為酒店的玻璃門壞了，我在另一個軟件上又看了一下還有同樣的房型漲價了70元。攜程客服退了我一張優惠券，然後退一賠一。就這種行為，我在小紅書上看到了很多很多，是真是假我就不做評判了。
3.唯一好的一點就是前台的服務還可以，我打前台的電話説換被子，立馬就上來給我們換了被套。
