房間乾淨整潔，是一次比較滿意的旅途住宿。智能語音控制，不用我再到處按開關了，樓下停車很方便，退房時前台主動錄入車牌，免費停車。唯一不足就是洗澡和卧室那個百葉不是電動的，關起來有點費勁。

很不錯的酒店，值得表揚一下給我昨晚辦理入住的小姐姐，服務很好，很細心，待着小孩子，又拿了很多行李，剛進酒店門口，工作人員馬上跑過來，給我拿行李，還在辦理完入住給我送上房間，很有耐心，房間環境也很不錯，出門帶小孩很不方便，但是這家店真的給我感覺很好，下次再來益陽，還是會選擇入住這裏。

住宿的環境衞生等比同價的酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦，雖然裝修時間比較長，但是無異味，優點態度親切感非常好服務也非常到位。下次還會選擇這裏。地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，前台小姑娘非常熱情，值得獎勵。

回益陽同學聚會，在二樓吃完晚飯，在酒店休息娛樂，以前這裡是旺府酒店，一進酒店很温馨，全新裝修，更現代化，房間智能語音系統，舒適乾淨。在9樓吃早餐，風景不錯👍

很喜歡酒店房間的佈置，特別便捷舒適，智能語音也很靈，不像別的酒店。而且還免費送了打火機，感覺服務挺好的，來接待的前台都很熱情。以後來益陽都會選擇維也納了
