I was satisfied with the service, breakfast, bath, and bed.
However... after checking in, there was an amenity toothbrush lying in the unused toilet bowl.
We picked it up ourselves, but this one thing made me feel really uncomfortable.

We stayed here as a couple. My husband is a smoker, and he said it was depressing that he had to go to the smoking area every time he traveled to smoke.
Route Inn had smoking rooms, so we made an immediate reservation. My husband was very happy with the smoking room.
I was happy that it had a large public bath. Although it was smaller than the large public baths at inns and other places, there were plenty of amenities and it was a clean environment. It was really nice to be able to soak in a large bath during the cold season.

There is only one key, but I would like to have two. It is not an auto-lock, so you need to be careful not to forget to lock the door. The heating and cooling are on a hotel-by-hotel basis, so it is difficult to adjust whether you want it to be hot or cold.
